|5m payable to the mysterious kmine by August?
'100% conditional acquisition'
AIM Admission document,
'The Company’s Brazilian subsidiary Triunfo Mineracao holds 100 per cent. of the mineral rights in respect of the Sergi Potash Project and the Capela Potash Project.'
|‘The Company’s Brazilian subsidiary Triunfo Mineracao holds 100 per cent. of the mineral rights in respect of the Sergi Potash Project and the Capela Potash Project. ‘
Where did you get that from?
They only hold 51% of the Capela mineral rights and it will cost HMI US$5m payable by August 2017 to get the remaining 49%.
|yp is probably the landholder, and the digger driver? final answer|
come on, don;t tease!|
|Camargo had mineral rights but was probably not the landholder ?|
|I give up . ? I assumed camargo ? If not I'll take a guess at A____ or V_____|
|Confusing? You need to read the glossary in the Admission Document.
The Landholder Agreement RNS Aug 18, 2016 states Triunfo Fertilizantes yet the Annual Report 2016 states the agreement is with Triunfo Mineracao, Hmmm, probably just a typo then?
If you look at the admission document (published Sept 2, 2015) it states the agreement between the vendors (aka RV2) was made July 22, 2014 with Triunfo Mineracao and the mineral rights had already been transferred to Triunfo Fertilizantes (founded Sept 29, 2014). Triunfo Fertilizantes was created because of the intended, though later failed, sale of Triunfo Meneracao to ‘2433533’; (announced Sept, 17 2014) and to receive the mineral rights of the Arapua Prospect.
Now we all know that of the 8 tenements, 6 were transferred to Triunfo Fertilizantes between March and May 2016. Of the remaining two, one is possibly in ‘Denial’, leaving tenement 831.275/2010, that’s the one currently being mined. On April 28, 2015 the vendor extended the research licence (831.275/2010) for 2 years. Then finally on Aug 18, 2016 the vendor transferred this tenement to Triunfo Fertilizantes. HMI timed the issue of the Landholder Agreement RNS almost to the very minute the transfer was announced in DOU Gazette on Aug 18, 2016.
All on a bit of a knife edge then and I do wonder what it took to get that ‘red flag’ over the line. I’ll bet you don’t know who the Landholder is?
All IMO of course.
Good Luck, YP.|
|why does it have to be so confusing? Shouldn't it say 'Triunfo Fertilizantes and Mineração Ltda' below? rather than just 'Triunfo Fertilizantes' ?
'The Company’s Brazilian subsidiary Triunfo Mineracao holds 100 per cent. of the mineral rights in respect of the Sergi Potash Project and the Capela Potash Project. The Company’s other Brazilian subsidiary Triunfo Fertilizantes holds 100 per cent. of the mineral rights in respect of the Arapua Fertilizer Project.'|
|3:15? I’m more interested in the name at the top of the label ‘Triunfo Mineracao’, makes that RNS Aug 18, 2016 ‘Landholder Agreement’ look more and more a remarkable coincidence (some may say).
Dr. Eduardo Spolidorio will be up-set that they have changed his Logo. Lol
|Is there really any demand for this particular variety of stonemeal?|
|Based on that video then, are we actually selling the product or is it being tested/trialled?|
|The same old trolls have been banging on about a placing since August.
5 months on and it's still the only thing they can talk about.|
|A soil 'remineraliser' maybe (3:15), but not a plant fertiliser right ?
The music perhaps fitting for the mine site. Looks a bit like the beginnings of an amphitheatre. A site fit for a king? Perhaps Veloso will buy it one day? Nice aerial shots of their offices at the start. Good work|
|isn't the stockpile area a bit too big for the pile ?|
|Thanks for posting that link, and yes the music is quite dramatic!
Surely a commentary would have been better?
The Hoffmans have more equipment on site, and clear larger areas than that too. Still some equipment to buy maybe?|
|I'm not quite sure what the stockpile area is for (with picturesque south facing views) if the crushing machine is not on site? Seems like they have to fill the truck at the top, then dump the stuff at the stockpile area, then put it back in the truck ? Is the music from StarWars?
Perhaps a placing would pay for a new crusher ?|
|That's true, imminent placing then?
|Looks like the portaloo has arrived just in time. Can't be too far off now imv. One last push?
|Anyone care to translate?
|And again today!
This share is becoming untradable at the moment.
Try the ISS, it will be passing over on Tuesday January 17, 2017 at approx 07:50 BRST.
It's quiet on here lately, must be just a bit of consolidation or is it everybody has filtered each other?
|Anyone have a more recent satellite pic? Looking forward to seeing the crusher and the bulldozer....
|Looks like something has spooked the MMs today? Lol
|I think more important now may be the MAPA issue. As far as i can see, an 'input' cannot be marketed or sold without MAPA approval. But is there really anything worth selling? Personally I very much doubt it but I guess that's for the scientists to decide.|
