Can't see the Verde Q3 figures next week helping - sub $1 on the cards there?

Wouldn't be surprised if Harvest issue a RNS soon similar to that of 14th Aug?

This one started 10th August 2021.
The company 'MB Mach...' an agro wholesaler was voluntary liquidated 19th June 2023.
Hopefully FFA will get their 10% from somewhere and Triunfo Min... can now carry this as a tax loss?

Copied from the DJMG 30th Oct 2023, p107:

Sacramento

'Court is processing file No. 500XXXX -69.2021.8.13.0569 , of the TAX EXECUTION action requested by TRIUNFO MINERAÇÃO DO BRASIL LTDA against the company MB MACHADO AGROPECUÁRIA, CNPJNº 14.811.091/0001-50, with address at Rua Domingos Manzan, nº 39 - Santo Antonio, in this city of Sacramento/MG. And, as the legal representative of the executed company, is currently in an uncertain and unknown place, hereby and for all terms and acts of the process, CITATES and CALLS the executed company through its Legal Representative, qualified above, to, within three (03) days, pay the debt in the amount of R$ 511,763.53 (five hundred and eleven thousand, seven hundred and sixty-three reais and fifty-three cents), and its additions, as well as legal fees, these fixed 10% (ten percent) on the value of the debt, in the case of prompt payment; or nominate assets to be seized, under penalty of failing to do so, as many assets as are sufficient to fully satisfy the debt will be ATTACHED or RELEASED. If the seizure of real estate is imposed, it must be registered with the local Real Estate Registry, notifying the judgment debtor (Legal Representative) and his or her spouse, if married, that they will have a period of thirty (30) days, if they wish, to oppose embargoes. And, so that no one claims ignorance, this was issued, which will be posted and published in accordance with the Law. Given and passed in this city of Sacramento, on October 24, 2023.'

Traded in and out over the years. Company during spike in potash prices and over trading in the period did not make sufficient returns to support the historic share price. I no longer have a holding. can not see this being a viable listed company at such low tonnage cart away. Business either needs to divest or merge with other potash companies to grow.

Recurring write-offs ? Maybe it would work?
But nearly November and has no-one at all had to cough up for 2023 dust orders ?

So prob safe to write that off. Is it okay for the 2022 non-payers to place new orders ? I don’t see why not

‘Orders to the end of September 2023 totalled 40,000 tonnes, of which 22,500 tonnes has been invoiced for payment and 17,500 tonnes is forecast to be invoiced for payment by end December 2023’

so how much of that is more than 120 days overdue?

'Orders to end of September 2023 totalled 40,000 tonnes'

If orders to the end of July were 36kt (RNSd), then for the whole of August and September they only received 4kt of new sales orders.
Hard to see how Harvest get their 30kt forecast of orders for Q4/23?

It could get worse, they could write it off after +120days.

Harvest added the following statement in their latest accounts:

'Trade receivables are written off where there is no reasonable expectation of recovery. Indicators that there is no reasonable expectation of recovery include, amongst others, the failure of a debtor to engage in a repayment plan with the group, and a failure to make contractual payments for a period of greater than 120 days past due.'

Err so um none of the above has been paid, and none of it delivered ?? Still working on delivering 2022 orders ? Um hello can I buy some fertiliser, actually rockdust will do, and dont bother to deliver it, we will chat about it in a year or so ? Maybe here’s some money but don’t recognise it until whatever ?

So Harvest forecast is to invoice 47,500t during Q4/23.

Could be the best Q4 to date, for invoices that is?
