Well it's fact that serious instis been gradually building stakes for months/yearsWhich is txt book accumulation,as retail lose interest and give in.However Lansdowne / Sothic remain and will want an exit that the market is never going to provideOnly a trade sale will.And that is what GKP was negotiating not a PSC obvs....So just WHEN it gets delivered RATHER SOON IMO
