Why hold a CMD if you fully funded? To raise new debt capital to concentrate existing equity,in the process optimization of capital ,a leveraged recapitalisation, pre sale.

PEEL HUNT TELLING IT LIKE IT IS:We can think of NO OTHER UK-listed E&P set to deliver such low-risk, fully-funded organic production growth over the next two years that is SIMILARLY AS UNDERVALUED. Gulf Keystone currently STANDS APART FROM ALL OTHERS and is differentiated on the basis of its balance sheet strength, visibility on near-term production growth and significant total return potential.

Last year GKP gave notice of the AGM date on the 20th June that it would occur on the 13th July 2018.
hxxps://ir1.q4europe.com/asp/ir/GulfKeystone/NewsRead.aspx?storyid=13962141&ishtml=1

That’s a total of 24 days notice.

My research indicates that the minimum amount of AGM Notice that can be given is 21 days.

hxxps://www.companylawclub.co.uk/calling-general-meetings
Notice of general meetings (sec307 - sec310)
. . . The minimum full period of notice for all meetings is 14 days, even if a special resolution is to be proposed, except for the AGM of a PLC, which is 21 days. The company’s articles may require a longer period. Note that the ‘clear day rule’ is found in sec360.

From the Full years Results.
“The total dividend of $50 million will be subject to approval at the next AGM in June 2019.”

GKP has already stated that this years AGM will be in June, and as June has 30 days with the last two working days being Thursday the 27th & Friday the 28th June, by my reckoning we will receive a AGM RNS tomorrow being the last day working day this week.

IMO

They retrucured the bonds which as everyone knows is what he was talking about.

On another note someone might want to tell Mick over on LSE that CFDs do pay out dividends, typically 90% of the amount. Quite logical really as how else would the market work? I'll let him work out how and why the providers pay for this.
