Stratex have understandably let the 7p warrants lapse and to gain control will need to offer a modest premium to the current share price , say 2p share / circa £800k cash for the outstanding equity or in Stratex paper.

But the picture is complicated by Unity being subject to an enhance takeover by Diversified Minerals, as above link
