27/6/2013 13:50 | The ecuador option may be the prime target. Could cost 5-6 million dollars. So i anticipate some dilution to help pay for that. | nlmbidc

27/6/2013 13:41 | They will have $6m in cash from the farmout and have received $3.5m already. So will these fields cost more than $6m? + NBM revenue which could be looking very decent if Burdine update is anything to go by. Surely they could fund an acquisition as it stands?. nlm, assume in Colombia? | pembury
27/6/2013 13:41 | Boomorbust Have you tried looking on the baron oil website for the presentation? Thats where it will be after tomorrow. | nlmbidc
27/6/2013 13:27 | The dilution will be the issue of shares to pay for a percentage of one or more oil fields. In theory this will mean your shares are diluted or devalued. In reality we will will have two or more producing fields with less political risk, and a lot more income. The increases talked about were 300 / 400 bopd depending on the fields. The income yields from the potential fields was about 63 percent. Much better than nbm because of its royalty and costs. Nlmbidc | nlmbidc
27/6/2013 13:23 | Thanks nlm. Anyone know if the presentation is live yet? Can't find it on website. | ja5tirling

27/6/2013 13:20 | I asked specifically about the name baron oil and mentioned that this had been queried on a bb (this BB by you). Rb confirmed that the company has already been registered at companies house by the board and there are no issues with the name. Its therefore a done deal except the announcement. Nlmbidc | nlmbidc

27/6/2013 11:10 | Yes Guardian see them now, it took a while for them to show. Interesting day Today I should think, the lack of bargain hunters is a mystery given the current position. Only downer I can see is if Rudolf and pals decide to buy another 50% of the company at bargain prices. I sincerely hope that the Nancy production is enough to fund us from here thus eliminating all risks. Fund raising should only be for NEW ventures if needed. | grahambr
27/6/2013 10:35 | Nlmbidc, if you are able to keeps us informed during the meeting it would be much appreciated. | boomorbust2
