19/6/2013 15:50 | I believe in "double bottoms" - i'll even believe in "triple bottoms", if it can shift this thing higher !! | pennstreet
19/6/2013 15:47 | Does anyone believe in "double bottoms" ? We have one, so could that mean we now zoom up to about 1.65-ish ?
Or will we go down a bit more to 1.4p, then up to 2p-ish ? | hugomaracuya
19/6/2013 14:42 | Thanks nlmbidc. | boomorbust2
19/6/2013 12:54 | Half year results was 28th september last year.
Presume it will be about the same this year.

19/6/2013 11:30 | Rb stated further updates along with the interim results. Anyone know when that is? | boomorbust2
19/6/2013 10:41 | CS. Agree in what you say, although if GOO can get to around 800bopd (not there yet) in the months ahead that will be big news for the cashflow!. The top end of the range for the current Nancy Burdine well workover programme is 1,230bopd so 800bopd very possible for a low outlay with potential significant returns, to add to all GOO's full exploration carries on their other assets on XXI, Z34 and Rosa Blanca. | pembury
19/6/2013 09:49 | I think the report that gattaca put up a week ago stated that we are producing about 360 bopd from nancy.
That we may be producing around 1200 bopd within a few months is something that not too many new investors are aware of.
GrantK is clearly an exception to this rule.
A name change to baron oil, the announcements that go with it and the related broker notes will take the price to where it should be.

19/6/2013 08:55 | I agree CS, we are grossly undervalued but we are back into the time of year when nothing seems to move. We need increased production news to get this going but who knows, we should be moving up now.
GrantK, you made a wise decision. This company has seen more progress in the last five months than it has seen in the previous five years. It's only a matter of time. I just wish that I had some cash left to buy more. My average is 4p so you have entered at a very good price. | the guardian
19/6/2013 08:48 | That share price attracted me after the final results
With so many free carries looked good for investment
Time will tell | grantk | |
19/6/2013 08:29 | This might sound like I'm in broken record mode but I can't believe our SP,
based on the fact that we are debt free, we are producing oil at a rate of approx 800 bopd which could increase after the current workover programme, we have revenue, we have plenty of cash in the bank, we are debt free and still have untapped acreage to develop.
If the company continues to be managed in the same way that it has been since we obtained new management we can't be far away from being profitable or we are already a profit generating business and yet nobody seems to be aware of this potential gem. | cockney sparrow
19/6/2013 06:30 | Down to one year! The guy that does the permits must have upped his work schedule to two days per week. | the guardian
18/6/2013 23:35 | Anything which speeds up the exploration of Z34 is a good thing.
Peru seeks investments of nearly US$1bln in Amazon Oil Auction
Lima, Jun. 17 (ANDINA). Peru's government aims to attract more than US$1 billion in investments in an upcoming public auction of 26 oil concessions in the country's Amazon region, a top government official said.
Moreover, he said Perupetro is also looking to shorten the permitting time for oil exploration. Peru's private sector often points to "red tape" as a major obstacle to advancing investment projects.
Thus, the government is looking to modify regulations to establish a clear timeline for the approval of permits.
Ortigas said the changes are expected to be ready before Perupetro awards the nine offshore oil concessions in October.
The new regulations will set a deadline of about one year for the approval of a key environmental permit, he said. Currently, it can take oil companies up to three years to receive that permit for exploration. | gattaca
