REDHILL Have you read an RNS in the past few months?

REDHILL,

The previous board spent a lot of money chasing share-holders this time last year to persuade share-holders to keep them voted on the board.

In the event they were voted off in favour of the current board, whom I have to say have done an excellent job reducing costs and increasing income.

There was also a lot of money spent on assessing the Z34 3D seismic.

Now we are carried on Z34 and Rosa Blanca (we were already carried on XX1 in Peru), these costs wont be repeated.

The company is in the soundest position its ever been in since inception in April 2004.

Just read the accounts. How do the board justify the administration charges which are a lot higher than the revenue received.Ridiculous!

FoiledAgain,

Not sure its the same John Bell, but since I'm not invested in GKP I don't care one iota whether it is or not.

It will be the first presentation by the new BOD Randaman so hopefully it will be well received. With the recent investment additions of acquiring 100% of NBM and the much awaited Offshore Farmout complete, now fully carried on this and all other exploration ventures. They have a lot more progress to report with the assets than before and the three Burdine well workover programmes taking place as we speak.

A NBM CPR based on current reserves would potentially underpin this valuation without the farmouts and carries on XXI, Z34 and Rosa Blanca. Not taking into account cash position, cash in escrow and revenues.

Does anyone think that investors are waiting to see how we get through this AGM before making any decision on investing? Perhaps they will want to see that we are really passed all that nasty stuff and that the new BOD really do have a free hand to take this company forward properly without interference. I think that may be the case and is therefore important that all the resolutions are carried. Thus I have voted yes to them already.

IMHO Immediate future rests on Nancy upgrade and a decent brokers note which I reckon should state a price target much much higher than we are at now.

The AGM may reveal some extra info as to the path forward.
With good production on Nancy and the free carries for the next couple of years I reckon the share price should be nearer 5P as it stands, any oil find of course and that could multiply.

Oildon, I think GKP have more than enough where they are.

Same old. Buys going through on PLUS any sell on main mkt.

Doubt it, for he isn't on the board there yet, so last June would have been a bit before he had any real motive to give it to them. No, I feel he wanted Z for himself and his cronies.

The use of baron oil is just a proposed name.

Another name can be selected to avoid any conflict with existing companies.

Pem. You never know. It might well be. Someone mentioned on here a little while back, that the reason he scoured the boards for any derrogatory comments and had them removed, was because he was hoping to land another position, and he felt if the truth came out, he might not get it.

If anyone holds GKP it might be a good question to ask the company ...... BEFORE the vote takes place.

Ghost. It may not have been easy to extract cash, for there were 2 previous farmouts of the block, both with unsuccessful results. It wasn't too attractive. But Hey Ho, now that there is a smell of shale in the area and a different view of things, who knows?

But to be honest, I am surprised anyone wanted to take it on.

Also can someone ask the below

The rosa block was there any cash involved in the deal?

As like many i was surprised by the low percent we have retained and would have thought late 2012 we very much could have done with the extra cash, and as we have been given no details on the deal id like to know this

Strange thing is , if the oil production does get 1000 barrels per day then the NET income would be near to the company value I think. This would give it a P/E of about 1 (highly undervalued companies P/E 1 to 10). Following this through on oil production alone (not including free carries ) this equates to a realistic value of the share being much higher I should think.
Realism has gone for the moment though.
