10/11/2006 15:53 | "ive been buying again this morning after some digging" blue, perhaps buying up to a level which allows EGM to be passed? saffy.. | safman
10/11/2006 13:49 | they will only give me 50k now unless i pay a premium bidding for 1 million at just below bid so looks like some other orders qued | illiquid investor
10/11/2006 13:04 | ive been buying again this morning after some digging | illiquid investor
10/11/2006 12:46 | you still have over 100% gain and that is better than most. | p-m
09/11/2006 18:25 | would be the mkt cap not will ... IMHO | p-m
09/11/2006 17:07 | "Is it worth buying these....any views" depends on the RTO but in my view equity @ these levels are worthless. Even with a 0.25p bid, that will recoupe the new investors 25x their original investment.. so for a 300K investment 300 x 25 = 7.5mill at current levels their 300K investment is worth 7.5mill without doing anything. The dilution has/will factor out any other investor. Remember the RTO still has not been done which will require further dilution. 7.5mill will also be the mkt cap.. saffy.. | safman
09/11/2006 13:10 | sagem if you dont mind suspension early december until more news and you are happy to back potts and co to look after shareholder interests as well as there own.........! | illiquid investor
09/11/2006 06:41 | After soaring almost 700% before they were suspended following an article in the Daily Mail reporting that a reverse takeover was in prospect, and shares in cash shell Flightstore were readmitted to the bourse today. The stock dropped 0.35p to 0.325p after the company unveiled details of a placing. The group is to raise 200,000 pounds by the issue of 2 billion new to a consortium of investors. The company will also issue 1.025 billion warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares. The funds will be used to shore up its balance sheet while it finds a suitable acquisition. However, the company cautioned that it would not have completed an acquisition by 5th December, and the shares were expected to be suspended at that point under the new stock exchange rules. Is it worth buying these....any views | sagem
08/11/2006 21:56 | current equity not worth the bother.. imo.. once the EGM is over.. currently capped @ 300K but in terms of time too late.. saffy.. | safman
08/11/2006 19:37 | So similar to RSV - even the "concert party" scenario! | double6
08/11/2006 17:16 | EME IS WHERE YOU ARE LIKELY TO MAKE MONEY...THANK ME LATER, LV | lord vader
08/11/2006 15:54 | It still is going to be suspended by all accounts. | matto
08/11/2006 15:52 | tkon you aint wrong there matey | illiquid investor
08/11/2006 15:38 | And, Paddywack, 95% of the enlarged Company !?! | double6
08/11/2006 15:25 | Well - massive dilution was warned ! | double6
08/11/2006 14:47 | Can't really blame new investors as the current ones had no idea what to do. Others have been diluted out of the equation. Pots saw the shell, which would of been suspended and probably then delisted. saffy.. | safman
08/11/2006 14:33 | LOL. Still bet you wished you'd sold yesterday though. | tkon
08/11/2006 13:24 | issue of 2 bill shares at 0.01p + 1 bill in warrants @ 0.01p.. around 96% dilution - total around 3 bill shares in issue, fully diluted, and at current mid value 0.3p gives a mkt cap of around 9 mill. illiquid u paid 0.1p.. they paid 0.01p effectivly they bought at 1p, u at 10p.. so it is heafty price, thus, the RTO has to be a very, very good one for this current premium. It has enabled some to exit, however, rather than the bid of 0.05p. saffy.. | safman
08/11/2006 12:55 | illiquid..? "im happy with that they got about the same price as me so cant complain and the comapny has new cash will hold and wait for the reverse if they pull this off as they did rbuy then will be laugthing i cant see why they would want to pay more than the 0.1 given this was the price at the time this deal was obviously set noone paying 0.7 is goign to be too pleased in the short term but a reverse of a solar company and further placing will be at a higher price" | safman
08/11/2006 12:28 | "illiquid investor - 8 Nov'06 - 09:33 - 448 of 457 just bought a few of another cash shell you never now your luck.....still holding these" Well, it's one form of investment strategy, I suppose. | tkon
