I have also been watching and waiting, the next set of results have to be out before the end of September. As you pointed out, strange to see a buy.

anyone know of the reason for the 160k buy today? been watching and watching all sells for quite sometime, seems strange someone would actually buy these seeing as were still waiting for something to happen.

They are waiting for a suitable reverse takeover to appear, they are virtually broke, believe there assets being only a small amount of cash and their AIM listing, which I believe under the new rules will be revoked if they don't make a deal on a reverse t/o shortly! AIMHO

As a Trustee another interpretations of the sale from trust to personal are:-

The Trust has a large gain and could use a loss to offset.

The shares in Flight still represent too large a proportion of the Trust holdings and the Director was the only person prepared to buy. It could eventually be for his benefit.

The Trustees were concerned about the Shell situation and wanted out . The Director was theonly person prepared to buy.

Perm any of the above and you might be correct.
