a bit of a surprise.. but did check on the mail..

*Keep an eye on Flightstore (FLG.L) - former market-maker Chris Potts and two investors from his previous shell Readybuy are to take control of Flightsore.

Jim - The MoneyAM press summary states that the Daily Mail has suggested that Chris Potts and a couple of his pals will be taking control of FLG.

IIRC, RBUY rose several hundred percent on similar news, a year or so, ago....

Flightstore shares are likely to be suspended on AIM in December if an
appropriate acquisition has not been made by then.
The announcement came in tandem with interim results which sharply reduced
pretax losses.
this is a dead duck it will be delisted in 5 weeks time and any one still holding will have a nill return

interesting to see a few articles over the weekend.. with regards to AIM floatations being of poor quality.. small mention of CRT..

rather, perhaps more on the RTO stuff with shells on the mkt place..

"Notable failures for new-issue investors on AIM in recent times have include lottery operator Chariot, scandal-plagued Langbar, energy explorer Wham Energy and BetonSports - which Evolution itself brought to market."

DMR at 0.325 pence is looking tasty - finalised reverse takeover announcement will come in the near future. See good research carried out by Dusseldorf.
