Octiva forecast for 2019 is no clear, :
However for 2020 should be excellent

The Kluchiki area, containing reserves and resources of 319kg raw platinum is more than twice as large as Malaya Sosnovka and Eurasia believes it offers the opportunity to more than double current production rates. Eurasia plans to ramp up to steady state production of c.745kg per season at West Kytlim over the next couple of seasons. All costs are borne by the mining contractor but Eurasia estimates that the mining cost equates to around $130/oz PT Eq, which would make the mine one of the lowest-cost PGM producers globally.

It would be hard for the expected WK news to be anything other than good. The only way it could be bad is if there was some kind of problem with the contractor but we had all that fixed last year so I don't expect any problems after their excellent performance doubling the forecasted output. I wonder what the output target will be for this year, 300Kg perhaps?
