14/11/2005 16:21 | memoeryman - I don't recall you ever admitting it, when your pals were pumping and dumping this. Surely, it is still way below levels at which your chum Stenson was ramping it at, so I'm not sure how you've decided today's share price is a big success. At today's shareprice the company is capped at circa £2.4mln and yet it only has £300k max cash and a bit of hope that there may be a decent RTO. Effectively anyone who backs into this is paying £2mln over cash for a listing. Crazy IMHO(but it has happened occasionally). Why do people buy this, when you can buy some shells near or below cash?? Still nice work for those who bought shares at 0.03p(unfortunately retail never got that chance)!! All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
14/11/2005 15:43 | well well, looks like dell had this one wrong again. and no dell this is not another pnd ! | memoeryman
14/11/2005 13:15 | Ticked back down - but where there's life......... | double6
14/11/2005 13:10 | I would like to see some buying first | bluedolphine
14/11/2005 13:02 | At least the stock hasn't "died", which many feared a few months back. Ok - there was a big dilution, but better than calling it a day! | double6
14/11/2005 13:01 | something is definatwly going on here, huge volume for this stock | memoeryman
14/11/2005 12:22 | Why ? Seems MMs have cheap stock to dispose of. | knowing

31/10/2005 19:37 | Go ENT...! | andersonian
31/10/2005 14:30 | What the chuffing hell is that to do with ENT? | retford1
31/10/2005 13:10 | last chance to get into QXL at current levels. Possible bid imminent, and the polish court case to be sorted within days, with a favourable outcome. DYOR etc etc | cybercity.
31/10/2005 10:09 | Who is buying this and why?? With the new stock gets issued, this will have a mkt cap of over £1.8mln at current price. Seems rather pricey for a shell!! Nice return for those getting new shares at 0.03p, though!! All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
21/10/2005 09:01 | Placing has raised £200k - and new investors have put £95k in the pot. I just can't see how £300k is enough capital to get involved in the energy industry. What exactly are they going to do? O'h well, as I said before, this is a lifeline that all ENT holders are holding onto and I've got a feeling it is a very long one! Holding tight. | retford1
07/10/2005 11:56 | some nice buys, someone is confident this one will suceed this time | memoeryman
07/10/2005 09:55 | powwow, yes its a cash shell but we have new management who intend to invest into renewable energy, therefore we still have hope that something good may come. My comments above are not directed as the company nor anyone apart from dell. I do really hope this co will grow now and find some direction. | memoeryman
07/10/2005 09:40 | what a terrible end to this company and like so many on AIM. No realism in the management. So can someone clarify, they are a cash shell with no cash and the new management will use it to reverse into something else as they must have cash . | powwow
07/10/2005 08:58 | Memoeryman - here are the new shares that you have to add to existing shares to get the total: Libra's "special extra discounted" new shares: 316,053,597 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.03p Placing shares: 363,636,364 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.11p Creditors get the raw deal: all debts of ........ £443,967, being converted into 177,586,800 new ordinary shares Oh yes. I nearly forgot to mention that the new directors also get oodles of options at 0.11p too. Quite a few shares, after all that, eh?? Now if the placing shares are placed with someone like City Equities or Hoodless, then I'd be expecting them to knock them out to clients at between 0.15p and 0.2p. Usually when that happens an overhang develops and the price subsequently falls. If by some chance they get placed with institutions(unlikel All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
07/10/2005 08:42 | dell, dont be silly, i have no chums (sad) and ive been holding these for over a year and suffering a huge loss, just glad to see it moving. its people like u that just like to pour cold water on any good news, now be a good fellow and clawl back into your sad little hole. imo | memoeryman
07/10/2005 08:22 | memoeryman - usually when you posts statements like the above it means that you and your chums have been buying up the stock ready to launch a pump'n'dump. Don't you think a market cap of over £1mln is a bit rich for a shell, as that's what it will be(if it remains at this sp), when all the new stock is issued? All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
07/10/2005 08:15 | this one could be about to start to move up at last, seen some small buys going through recently and now the share price could be about to move. no idea why apart from someone else is now running the co and we have hope of better things | memoeryman
03/10/2005 21:00 | Thanks for the heads up Dell. I read your posts with interest and I usually take notes... but at the moment I'll take anything. The only way is up, right? It can't really go down any further can it? Would be nice to get the money back or even make less of a loss than I have. Enition was one of the first shares I bought and I learned some important lessons. Seriously, I think that the alternatives to gas and oil are going to be big in the market whether or not this is realised by the new Enition are yet to be seen but I'm prepared to take a chance. It'd probably cost me as much to sell my shares as I hold at these prices anyways! | andersonian |
