03/10/2005 21:00 | Thanks for the heads up Dell. I read your posts with interest and I usually take notes... but at the moment I'll take anything. The only way is up, right? It can't really go down any further can it? Would be nice to get the money back or even make less of a loss than I have. Enition was one of the first shares I bought and I learned some important lessons. Seriously, I think that the alternatives to gas and oil are going to be big in the market whether or not this is realised by the new Enition are yet to be seen but I'm prepared to take a chance. It'd probably cost me as much to sell my shares as I hold at these prices anyways! | andersonian
30/9/2005 08:52 | Don't knock it - its a lifeline. I have duly signed the papers and it is now up to these young guys to make us a fortune (or at least get our money back!) | retford1
29/9/2005 08:51 | AndersonIan - Have you actually worked out how many shares will be in issue, if the latest proposal goes through? That's going to result in a pretty chunky mkt cap for a shell with limited funds. About the only certainty here, IMHO, is that Libra will be "quids in", as they get their stock at 0.03p per share. All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314

23/9/2005 14:51 | well at least now we have a purpose in life for this company, whether they can do anything is another matter but we now have hope and could see a nice rise in the comming month or years. | memoeryman
21/9/2005 09:34 | This is surely an excellent proposition. With talk of carbon emissions trading booming oil and gas prices, the renewal/sustainable energy market is poised to be very big in my humble opinion. Let's wait to see what exciting developments there are. I for one am very excited!! | andersonian
20/9/2005 14:29 | Doesn't sound too good - but then again they could build a profitable business and the share price could reach all time highs!!! You can only be positive when your 90% down :( | cowls
19/9/2005 20:41 | memoeryman - let me know if you need any help understanding the Capital Reorganisation RNS. This bit might interest you: .......The Proposed Investment will result in the issue of 316,053,597 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.03p per share...... With all the other additional shares, there should be over 1bln shares in issue before they reconstruct Great stuff, eh...... Rgds dell All IMHO, DYOR etc. | dell314

26/7/2005 23:46 | Happy, dell is totally right. this is a complete dog! Lets face it if the penny share brokers have sold it, its because they sold it as principal. buying the stock extremely cheap from a large holder that knew exactly what the true story was then selling it to the unwise. This is Dead and dead! | equitydealer007
20/7/2005 14:33 | give it a rest dell, your constant deramping anything u dont like is a real pain. and iii agree | happydays22
20/7/2005 14:28 | Let's take a closer look at ENT, shall we?? From ENT's last results, a reasonable estimation of its assets and market capital can be ascertained: It currently has around 203mln shares in issue, giving us a mkt cap at current midprice(0.225p) of around £456k. However, it is important to realise that ENT have stated their intention to convert £330k of convertible debt into shares. ".......the Company intends to capitalise the £330,000 loan notes taken out in August 2004, by the issue of new ordinary shares". This will clearly raise the market cap by a similar amount, so at today's sp, the market cap would be around £785k, after conversion. Let's now take a look at ENT's assets: At the balance sheet date of 31st December 2004, there was a shareholder deficit of (£326k). Conversion of the loan, mentioned above, will wipe out this deficit and give total shareholder funds of around £4k. However, one should note that nearly 6 months has elapsed since the last balance sheet date and ENT estimated their annual running costs at somewhere up to £100k per annum. "The Board estimates that the Company's annual running costs are currently no more than £100,000 as a non-trading entity". Therefore it is reasonable to assume that ENT's current balance sheet is actually negative again to the tune of around (£40k). So, in summary, we end up with a market cap of around £785k for a shell with a negative balance sheet. Clearly there are better value cash shells to be found elsewhere(Some can even be purchased at a small discount to their current cash levels, so one isn't paying an inflated figure for nothing more than a listing). All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell Full Results statement: | dell314 |
