I see the marbles pump'n'dump crew have started an alternative ENT thread.

So now we now why the price has risen strongly. i.e. the ringleaders have all been taking positions before the ramping onslaught begins.

Don't let them fool you about this stock:

It effectively has no cash and the market capital is due to increase significantly due to conversion of c. £300k of convertibles.

The result will be quite a market cap for a shell with no assets, except its listing....

Springbok - we know some of what is going on, in that they've told us that they plan to convert the recently issued debt.

We also know that the last balance sheet was negative overall and further costs will have been incurred, since the balance sheet date.

In short we know that this company will have a not insignificant market cap and practically no tangible assets.
It's only value, therefore, appears to be its listing....

dell it's hard to get any facts about ENT - they havn't issued much news - I wonder what's going on behind the scenes right now!

Springbok - Reversus was one recent example that was priced well below cash, when I bought a load.
I wasn't that impressed by the acquisition, so sold into the announcement rally and have no idea how they're doing now but it does demonstrate that some shells can offer much better value than ENT appears to.
However, I loathe exploitative rampers, so I don't really want to get tarred with the same brush and I rarely comment on stocks that I have a position in.
I prefer to operate quietly, so I can sell out quickly if I change my opinions, without others feeling that I am guilty of any sharp practice.....

Anyone looking at this needs to take into account the planned capitalisation of the convertible, referred to in the results RNS:

"In addition, the Company intends to capitalise the £330,000 loan notes taken out in August 2004, by the issue of new ordinary shares."

This will raise the market capital by £330k above what it appears to be, based on its current equity issue, and makes the shell look even less appealing, especially, as the results clearly showed that it has practically no cash.

Presumably, they'll also have to issue further equity, over and above the conversion, to provide working capital.

Surely, there are better value shells about??

We all know the games EVO are playing with different stocks at the moment - okay, it is HIGHLY SPECULATIVE - but then again, aren't at least 90% of Companies listed on AIM ??
