when did you call him? I wouldn´t expect he´d say things were going under even if they were so I wouldn´t read too much into what he says.

Then again if he has some announcements to make they better be pretty damn good!

Patience is a virtue.
Give them a chance.
Call Ray Dutton the ceo and speak to him.
I did and he said that he is due to announce contracts.

I dont believe that the CEO invested £20,000, and others another £330,000 if the company were going to go under

Agreed Hoodless sell all sorts of shares to mugs when the companys involved are in all sorts of trouble the list really is endless ,they got me on two or three around 2 years ago and believe me I would never ever buy any of their AIM recs again.Meanwhile this looks like its going under not enough cash I would have thought to see it through to profit.

I would also add to my last that when I listened to the interview with the CEO he said he expected that contracts would be announced towards the end of the year.

Having read the wording of the results again, one thing stands out the management are monitoring working capital on the run up to obtaining "significant" sales orders

I may well be reading this in the wrong way, but the wording I think gives an indication that some of these are in the pipeline.

Anyone any thoughts.

You need patieence with this one.So just sit tight and wait until the first contract is signed and everybody else will follow.
If the director put his money where his mouth is then he means business and is keen to see this baby prosper.

The only thing that I would sya is that yes I agree that these first results are not good, but they do cover the first 6 months of this new company.

The CEO recently put £20000 of his own money into the company with others investing £330000. If it was all that bad do you think that they would invest that sort of money. I wouldn,t.

Well, congratulations to anyone who bought low and has made a few quid here but these results look horrible IMO.

Huge loss.
Turnover practically zilch.
No cash apart from recent loan.
Loan cash won't last more than a few months at a similar burn rate to first half.
This statement looks unpleasant too: "Cash flow continues to be of critical importance and the Board is continually monitoring the working capital requirements of the Group....."

will be interesting to see if results do come out tomorrow, if so may well be the reason why the company have not said anything about the price drop.

Could well see contract news as was said in the interview with the CEO.If so you could expect this to rise quite alot after the recent fall

Dell,

I disagree with what you say to some point, I believe that much of the stock is probably held by founders etc, with a limited amount held by the every day investor. Over the past few weeks there has been no mass sell off, with very little trading. If you were a holder at 1p then surely you would of sold them at 15 to 16p several months ago. I believe that the results are going to be out this coming week so lets wait and see.

The interview with the CEO was very positive, lets see if the contracts he talked about are mentioned in the results. You could see this go up as quick as it has dropped, and at this price I see no reason to sell only top up.

I've started reading the prospectus for this company.

Rather a concern that from the placing to raise £298,980, they expected net cash proceeds of only £70,000.

Who got the other £228k???

Presumably they were hoping for a big Edelson vehicle share price ramp and then to issue more stock at a premium.
I guess no-one wanted to stump up and they had to resort to the loan notes to stay in business.

As far as I can see, an awful lot of stock was issued between 0.25p and 1p(When it was the shell Walnut Partners), so there are a lot of folks still sitting on nice profits, even after the fall...

Long time since having the pleasure of your company.

As you well know, the VALUE of some shares is dependent on what games the MM's want to play.

Looks like they're at it here.

As always appreciate your comments!

(By the way, would you buy CLS at its current price ??)

What a laugh!

Let's ramp it up with absolutely no idea of the financial status of the company, simply as it has dropped from its highs....
