Price was only 0.875p and then just 1p to buy. At 1.5p to buy, 50% more in just an hour later after the fall on Friday, the shares in Eniton appear a complete rip off. The only thing they are good for is that those sitting on 35% gains threw the price improver, sell up and move on.

At 10.30 on Friday the sack of S%&te share was less than a penny.
I still hear the words ringing in my ears from Hoodless Brennan.
"You'd be silly not to buy it as it's so cheap at the moment the only way for it, with everything going, on is up, and we can give it to you at a discounted price of 16.5p

chapchip - the loan is relatively low risk, as it is convertible at the lower of share price at issue date or conversion date. Therefore convertible holders get a larger chunk of the company, the lower the share price falls. That limits their risk unless the company totally fails, and then they'd be higher up the pecking order for spoils anyhow.

I agree it has been marked down. I still feel that there may well be a suprise around the corner. Several months ago the CEO and others handed over £300,000 to the company as a loan. I would of thought that these would of been made up of friends and associates of the CEO. I cant believe for a minute that they would of lent money if the company was going to fail.

The interview with the CEO in July, he stated that if they get a quarter of the sales that they were in discussion with then the company would breakeven. He went onto say that any announcements re these would be at the end of the year. We are getting close to this, so could soon be time to see if what he said was right not only in the interview, but to his friends

Having checked comdirect. The amount you can sell of this stock has gone from only 25,000 to 250,000 and they are paying over the odds for them.

This is the first time this has happened for several months if ever. At this price there could be a buyer in the market.

spoke to Ray Dutton today and he assured me that an anouncement would be made this week to the stock market that would have a positive effect on the share price but said he was not at liberty to say exactly what it was.

Dutton keeps threatening to release soom news! He is either waiting for something big or delaying until he has something positive to report. Might explain why it has taken so long for any news to come out and why the stock keeps going down. On the flip side, might only take a little bit of good news to make it re-bound (dream on). I think there are a lot of people locked in after buying high who'd love to get out of ENT all together. Any of you guys out there? It's hard to believe that more hasn't been made of the partnership with IBM?

Doesn't bode well... when it goes down it's usually because some on the inside have got the news first and dumped their stock! I think the news will be bad (just a feeling)...
