|I'll interrupt your soliloquy here, hybrasil. For sure, great work by the team.
I've just added actually also.
I think the Old Street property, once the planning decision is known, will give it a boost.|
|I suspect though ofcourse I may be wrong that it will be easy (pun intended) to buy these shares in the 70/80 p range over the next two years.|
|great to see a company raising money at greater than its share price. While its not the first time I've seen it, I certainly didnt think it would happen here. Well done the team|
|Great they sold that ground floor unit.
However they have not updated the market on what a permanent refusal on that planning could mean.
|That planning refusal could be very costly.
It looks like the company converted without permission.
This RNS should have spelt out the consequences of losing the appeal|
|yotel....no ways....much, much more expensive than easyhotel|
|Agree with Hybrasil, it's definitely too expensive for me at these levels.
Barriers to entry are relatively low, beside the brand name the business model is easy to replicate. There are already some good competitors who will branch out to do similar things, e.g. Yotel|
|Way over valued as it now needs to raise serious loot. Its valued at over twice net assets and its only an hotel company.
I suspect this should fall back to 70p ish in anticipation of the raise. If it does I will buy back in|
|As have safestay where I put my money on 2/2!|
|Just been tipped in the IC-
"A profitable booking
Shares in a budget hotel operator have enjoyed a good run since the end of last year, and there should be more upside to come. ..."
|Sold out of these today for a 3 month 50% gain. What's rare is wonder full!
Will revisit when they return to the market to raise money|
|Things are really starting to happen now. If it falls back to say 75p during the year (and profits from the new sites are realistically four years away) then I will buy back in. It is good to see what they are doing but my back of the envelope calculation indicates if they keep going like this and I think they should that a fund raise wil be necessary during 2017|
|For sure, it's been a very nice rally! Am chewing my fist in that I couldn't get in when I wanted to, but c'est la vie.|
|Sold half my holding- very hard not to take such a quick turn|
|Now up 37% since 17th October|
|more good news with the liverpool grant of permission. This Liverpool purchase was a steal and I certainly could not replicate the proposed return. Hopefully one of many to come|
|30% up since 17th October.
Wouldnt mind having this in everything.
Thinking of having alook at jimmy choo|
|Very positive response in the share price to the new ceos statement. He has got quite a recipe and the people (cfo project manager) etc to boil it up|
|I read the results with interest. Per the IPO, each franchise has a minimum fee per annum of £100k, so lots of growth here as the momentum builds and potential franchisees see the benefits from being part of the brand.
I didn't have the funds to get in at 63p annoyingly, but am hovering all over EZH like a hawk. Loads of potential, hope to get in asap.|
|And another buy by our new ceo|
|decent volume yesterday for the 1st time in ages|
|If you look at my previous posts you will see that I thought their planned 15% roc great as I can't match it. Apparently I was right as they can't either according to that statement.
Overall good results with a great future positivity however I was surprised at how slow Liverpool and Manchester are|
|Results out this week> I would be interested to see what they are doing in Liverpool and Manchester as I went to look at the planning on one of them and the application had been withdrawn|
|What's with the wobble today?
Not yet invested, but bloody close to doing so.
Not sure I like the idea of a hotel in Brussels though...|
