Will the new directors be any better than the last lot? Will they actually tell us anything?

Not long to wait for the figures!

It looks like these are the guys that bought the Indian quoted shares:

Rajesh Goenka is a director of BSE listed N.G.Industries Limited (NGID)

I've e-mailed Rajesh Goenka. See if I get anything back.

Just hope the new directors can find their way onto it.

We now need a statement from them on how they intend to restore shareholder value.

Huge volume yesterday, with the Indian bulletin board reporting a stake changing hands. Possibly connected to Tapaas resigning!

Meanwhile, wonder what Rashida is going to do? Ousted from the Board maybe she will be leaving the company, one way or another. What about the BondHolders - are they going to stick with us for the time being? Pulling the rug would presumably screw them as much as everyone else.

Well don't think these 'Requisitioners' are going to want the company to fold, so the next stage is to secure backing from the Bondholders again. Probably never re-list on Aim but we might get something back for our shares one day.

Well, there you go, or rather we all go.

However, there is a lot to play for still, i.e. the whole company. Don't think the Requisitioners are going to take this lying down and nor do I expect the Bondholders to simply pull the rug from under the company and, consequently, lose most of THEIR money.
