A significant document issued by DQE is on the Isle of Man Companies Register.

I have paid my £2 and read it, and can see what has happened, but I don't understand the implications.

Anybody with a legal background out there?

If you do hear any more on DQE keep putting it here - I get a notification and then have a look eventually.

Well at least India has a price. Can't really remember the story here. 'Requisitioners' wasn't it took over the company all for it to go terribly wrong. Got rid of the FD lady and Tapaas and then with no Nomad got chucked off Aim. I know I was 'lucky' just to lose a couple of grand or so, unlike yourself.

Sorry to hear of your latest bad 'un Tilton, does seem to be going down steadily (MPL) - never heard of it before you mentioned it.

Price has collapsed in India, following dire results. They have finally come clean that they will never get paid for much of the work, and have written it off. We could have told them that a couple of years ago.

I'm resigned to the fact that I fell victim to a scam. This one is not half as bad as MPL, which is incredulous.

That outfit AKA have lost themselves 28% of their initial investment in DQE PLC in less than 5 weeks. I email Rashida everyday at the moment just to try to annoy her. Never know she may reply some day.

Any joy with the new company compliance officer Tilton, do they still not have an email address LOL

Thanks Tilton. Looking at a page of results on 'ShareKhan' hxxp://www.sharekhan.com/stock-market/company-results/quarterly-results/DQ-Entertainment-(International)-Ltd/17040370.00/DQE/quarterly-results.htm

I'm not very good with accounts. Comparisons to June '15 don't seem bad.

Hey Tilton. Just read this.

DQ Entertainment (International) Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Sachin Guha has resigned from the position of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He has been relieved from the services of the Company from the close of business hours of October 31, 2016.

Ah well no reporting on PLC as he suggested to you. What a shambles, why oh why do these people get away with it. Rashida who is the shareholder point of contact for the India quoted shares still wont answer any emails about anything!

Has anyone heard anything about the Bondholders and the default event earlier this year. Tilton you seem to know a lot more than most about this company, have you heard any snippets about said default event and if the Bondholders have taken any action. It is so frustrating that they get away with not giving an update as to what has happened. I noticed RNS reach have even taken down the notice about Tapaas resigning from the PLC, does that mean he has not resigned! Has anyone received a share certificate or any news from their Broker if held in a nominee account. I cant be bothered contacting A J Bell as have written off the £3000 I had invested, not heard a peep from them. Still would like some answers though!!!

India share price up over 4% as I write LOL

....not if

- clause that blocks removal of Tapaas is declared illegal and removed
( but a legal process might not decide till after the bonds repayment date !)

Or
- bond holders agree to that clause ( "cant remove Tapaas") being broken.
They can decide whatever they want to.

Maybe they decide they like the dirs proposed by the 51% & agree to ditch Tapaas !

But !!

imo bond holders want to own DQE Mauritius and its 75% in DQE India (and anything else owned by DQE Mauritius??)

So they will obstruct the 51% & with Tapaas they will imo ensure bond loan default
(DQE has poor record of generating cash so I cant see it paying back the loan on time)

and own DQE Mauritius. In return Tapaas gets to stay in some role as paid puppet or gets a % of the co. to re-pay his 'co-operation' with new owners of DQE Mauritius.
( & money been lent to DQE India.....so if dont comply with loan terms then they also own the 25% of DQE India....to own 100%)

That's my reading of the smoke & mirrors. Each to own guess.
See what happens.

Good luck to DQE holders....but personally it doesnt look good imo.

'Limit to powers of new big shareholders'

Completely disagree.
The shareholders by law control the bod.....eventually. imho
Any illegal bod clauses can surely be overidden in court or at EGMs. No ?
----

Qu. for me is how the incompetent MD managed to get anyone that are not PIs ( !!) to cough up tens of millions of $ to lend to DQE Mauritius ( which imho owns the 75% in DQE India).
( if bond holders take over DQE Mauritius due to them not bing able to repay ...then surely DQE UK shares will/would be worth 0p ?!

----

(Dissapointing to read so many PI posters that dont seem to understand or try to understand what they own a part of and what the co. structure is.....so many ppl think 1 DQE UK share is 75% of 1 DQE INDIA share, its not that simple)
