A significant document issued by DQE is on the Isle of Man Companies Register.

I have paid my £2 and read it, and can see what has happened, but I don't understand the implications.

Anybody with a legal background out there?

If you do hear any more on DQE keep putting it here - I get a notification and then have a look eventually.

That outfit AKA have lost themselves 28% of their initial investment in DQE PLC in less than 5 weeks. I email Rashida everyday at the moment just to try to annoy her. Never know she may reply some day.

Any joy with the new company compliance officer Tilton, do they still not have an email address LOL

Thanks Tilton. Looking at a page of results on 'ShareKhan' hxxp://www.sharekhan.com/stock-market/company-results/quarterly-results/DQ-Entertainment-(International)-Ltd/17040370.00/DQE/quarterly-results.htm

I'm not very good with accounts. Comparisons to June '15 don't seem bad.

Tilton - AKG Finvest - wow put in £290,500 into DQE India purchase - no small change.

Glad you're keeping tabs on our investment.

I sent emails to a couple of different emails address but got no response at all.
So I'm in the dark - I have not much time to trawl the internet, but any time I have I don't find anything useful or re-assuring about the position of former AIM shareholders. Really bad form that we are not told anything (IMO).

The old web site that I used to associate with DQE looks unmaintained to me.

DQE have got a new company secretary. I have been informed that the plc results will be out by the end of the month(the previous incumbent told me the same a month previous!)

Shares firm in India today, and back above 25.

Oh for some action over here.

....not if

- clause that blocks removal of Tapaas is declared illegal and removed
( but a legal process might not decide till after the bonds repayment date !)

Or
- bond holders agree to that clause ( "cant remove Tapaas") being broken.
They can decide whatever they want to.

Maybe they decide they like the dirs proposed by the 51% & agree to ditch Tapaas !

But !!

imo bond holders want to own DQE Mauritius and its 75% in DQE India (and anything else owned by DQE Mauritius??)

So they will obstruct the 51% & with Tapaas they will imo ensure bond loan default
(DQE has poor record of generating cash so I cant see it paying back the loan on time)

and own DQE Mauritius. In return Tapaas gets to stay in some role as paid puppet or gets a % of the co. to re-pay his 'co-operation' with new owners of DQE Mauritius.
( & money been lent to DQE India.....so if dont comply with loan terms then they also own the 25% of DQE India....to own 100%)

That's my reading of the smoke & mirrors. Each to own guess.
See what happens.

Good luck to DQE holders....but personally it doesnt look good imo.

'Limit to powers of new big shareholders'

Completely disagree.
The shareholders by law control the bod.....eventually. imho
Any illegal bod clauses can surely be overidden in court or at EGMs. No ?
----

Qu. for me is how the incompetent MD managed to get anyone that are not PIs ( !!) to cough up tens of millions of $ to lend to DQE Mauritius ( which imho owns the 75% in DQE India).
( if bond holders take over DQE Mauritius due to them not bing able to repay ...then surely DQE UK shares will/would be worth 0p ?!

----

(Dissapointing to read so many PI posters that dont seem to understand or try to understand what they own a part of and what the co. structure is.....so many ppl think 1 DQE UK share is 75% of 1 DQE INDIA share, its not that simple)
