22/3/2016 10:16 | mandm - anyone - Just spoke to B and they are pretty sure (!) we won't get a Nomad (last day today!). Their contract will terminate with DQE also with delisting. They stated that they cannot see the Requisitioners destroying the company along with their own value so he is presuming they will do a deal with the Bondholders to stop the company defaulting on the Bond after the EGM. Looks like the EGM will happen and B suggested without a Nomad there was no overseeing body to say that the DD should be completed first. B. said he'd been to India and felt that the company was indeed very much a going concern and thriving. He felt the 'Nasdaq' listing was something that isn't being considered at the moment amidst all this controversy. Anyway, it looks like keep hold of your shares, await developments and one day the company may be able to relist somewhere. As we are in the same boat as the Requisitioners with 51%, perhaps we are not doomed. | 2pablo
22/3/2016 07:32 | 2pablo, any word from Buchanans, as believe today is last day. | mandm10
13/3/2016 12:49 | Nee naw Nee naw "Can you come with us to the station please sir" | smithie6
03/3/2016 07:23 | fft, I have spoken to Allenby previously, and they are a total waste of space. The guy I spoke took offence when I described DQE as a mess! I share all of your views, and I expressed your point 2 in thanking 2p for the e-mail. | tiltonboy
03/3/2016 02:36 | Thanks. I think the directors 'comment' is a bit disingenuous. Two questions I have are :- 1. Why did it take Allenby so long to not complete due diligence ? 2. Why are other advisors saying they wont become nomad if these 2 people are appointed to the board ? Especially if they havnt carried our any Due diligence which appears to take months !! I don't believe a word of the above. Personally I think the bond holder situation, or the previous links between the ceo and the requisitioners is causing a problem. Tilton, Is it possible for you to contact Allenby and find out just how long they spent on DD (when were they asked to start ?), and is there anything they would like to add to the boards statement. | fft
02/3/2016 16:44 | I've emailed both of you (Tilton and fft) | 2pablo
02/3/2016 15:17 | Pablo, fft999@hotmail.com many thanks. | fft
02/3/2016 14:58 | thanks 2p. Please send to my hotmaildotcom address. | tiltonboy
02/3/2016 14:34 | Posted on LSE and have asked if anyone wants a copy of the EGM Agenda and associated doc. Need your email, if you want me to attach to you. | 2pablo
28/2/2016 16:14 | Not sure where Tom W. is getting these 2 statements from : "As a result of Allenby’s resignation, the due diligence process in respect of the Proposed Directors has been postponed. No further due diligence investigations will be carried out until such time as a new Nominated Adviser may be appointed who will carry out wider due diligence on the Company, the directors and the Proposed Directors, as required by the AIM Rules and seek to determine one way or another whether the Proposed Directors are suitable directors for the purposes of the AIM Rules" AND "Following discussions with prospective Nominated Advisers and Brokers the board of directors of the Company are of the opinion that should the appointment of the Proposed Directors proceed it is very unlikely that any new Nominated Adviser and Broker will replace Allenby" but he's posted them yesterday in Bold as if quoting from the company amongst his usual slamming of everything DQE. Perhaps they are in the posting to shareholders about the EGM which I await news of. Anyway, nothing I nor Tom W. can do but wait. | 2pablo
25/2/2016 16:44 | I posted on LSE : Spoke to Robbie at Buchanan and he is chasing the company about making the EGM Agenda more available to all shareholders particularly those with Nominee accounts. He anyway confirmed that appointing 2 directors and getting rid of 2 including Rashida were on the Agenda. He also confirmed the company are making every effort to appoint a Nomad and are not just going to let this stock slide off Aim. He seemed confident they would appoint one. | 2pablo
25/2/2016 12:58 | EGM Agenda ??? Would be nice to go to the I-O-Man, when are the TT races on, or have they stopped those now, too dangerous? Would be nice to know what the exact Agenda items are - maybe Buchanan will let me know. | 2pablo
25/2/2016 11:50 | rns 15 mins ago. DQ Entertainment plc (AIM: DQE) announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will be held at 9:30 am on Thursday, 31st of March 2016 at 33-37 Athol Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1LB. The notice of EGM has been dispatched to the shareholders today. Not exactly hurrying this, but I guess the lawyers threats have finally done there job. Is anyone available to pop over and report on proceedings ? Willingly lob 20 quid into a travel fund. | fft
22/2/2016 12:51 | Trying to remove 2 dirs. Obvious move imo....bod are blocking electn of new dirs.....claming due diligence... A vote to remove 2 dirs imo cant be delayed claiming due diligence.... If remove 2 then the MD/chairman is more isolated....and isolates bod decisions....if do anything illegal then much clearer who made decision... | smithie6
22/2/2016 12:47 | Mandm ....I wont be contacting the 52% holders....since Im not a shareholder.... I was just trying to catalyse shareholders to voice their opinions/votes | smithie6
22/2/2016 09:57 | Oh well, looks like suspension coming this evening. | 2pablo
16/2/2016 14:32 | When I considered this approach a few months ago, I couldn't ascertain which one I was looking for! | tiltonboy
16/2/2016 13:49 | Tilton: SURESH CHITTURI he is on linked as I am, but I have to admit not something I like or use so cannot message him. Confederated something something. Good luck and thanks | mandm10
16/2/2016 13:33 | mandm, If you have got requisitioner's details, I will get in touch with them. | tiltonboy
16/2/2016 12:10 | Interesting that they aren't attempting to unseat Tapaas as well. All sounds a bit incestuous to me! What else is going to come out in the wash? | tiltonboy
16/2/2016 11:49 | Hotting up ! So now 'the Requisitioners' are after the 2 finance people on the Board Rashida and Mr.Sundar. From what I can find there are only those 2 and Tapaas on the current Board (??). Seek legal advice = more delaying tactics. When Allenby moves on next Monday evening, my guess is we will be suspended and then call the EGM fairly soon. Not sure why Allenby issued such an empty threat of 'call the meeting over my dead body' anyway, when they're off. It's War. | 2pablo
16/2/2016 10:01 | If agree....phps voice your support to 52% boys....could help there position if general group vs BOD conduct...and not just the 52% boys | smithie6
16/2/2016 09:59 | Here and there Where did find out that info ?! | smithie6
16/2/2016 09:58 | ..Tilton ..."fear..delisted.. Lol :-)) | smithie6 |
