10/5/2011 08:04 | thanks resource, | spurberry
10/5/2011 00:18 | Take comfort. Have a look at PMG. Have no assets just a good mgt team after joining. Will have to introduce assets and raise cash however they have a market cap of £90m. Had been as high as £190m - crazy!! I do not think that £20m is over the top for crosby following recent developments. I think you will see a really good asset coming in here from abramovich contacts. He has already bought 26%. Add the reverse takeover in and Abram and contacts will probably hold 65-75% of the company. Leaving us with 25% or so. If as is highly likely the assets are oil/gas then there the value of the company is highly likely be be well over the £40m valuation that would be required to justify current price. Cash will be raised after assets are introduced and so should be at a higher price limiting dilution. | resource invest
09/5/2011 22:17 | Resource I agree, this looks good but in hindsight I should not have purchased at 8p. Also I am questioning myself for being slightly rash as the company has only 2 million and Market cap is approx valued at 8 times cash. We will probably need to raise cash in order to purchase or get involved in anything half decent and maybe this will be announced at agm. Company has until October to acquire an asset as per aim rules. Hopefully it does not drop much further as I can see 4-5 p. Half the 10,000 pounds I put in here gone short term. Anyway only rash thing I have done but long term will come good. | spurberry
09/5/2011 21:55 | If there is a bear market in commodities(it takes it that's what you are talking about) it will be bit a blip in a longer bull market in commodities. It's simple there is not enough to go around into the future. With the populations and rising wealth in the BRIC countries growing at very high rates which are capable of being sustained for some time to come I have no worries about commodity prices in the medium to long term. No one can predict short term corrections/rises, but you can say with reasonable certainty that the supply demand dynamics are such that price mid to long term have a long while to run yet before we reach the top of this cycle. Anyway if an oil asset is reversed in to this shell then you need not worry about any of that. This share will go through the roof..... Abramovich strategic investment + new Russian name (who's calling the shots now??) + agm 3 week of June. I cannot see the agm happening without a deal on the table, so I see this one as having fairly short term multibagger potential IMHO | resource invest
09/5/2011 19:58 | What is the potential? Some are saying that recent fall in the commodity prices is the begining of bear market.Does not bode well for this company. | t 34

04/5/2011 13:51 | No AGM date as yet, found out. Company looks good for the long term. I am sure they will need to raise some money at some point for acquisitions, will this be via shares and at what price?? I am in from the recent highs but worried about potential share placing and the price. If they raise money at 5p for example then usually the price drops to the placing price and hence I could have got the shares for 2-3p cheaper. Also I still think that a lot of upside is currently in the price short term (company valued at approx 18 million, with 2 million cash and currently no assets, so valued at 9 times cash!) Long term this will be very good though as whatever assets we acquire will probably need drilling/development Just for those looking at trading this for a quick buck I warn you that I think you may not be able to. Views welcome, only my two pence worth. | spurberry
04/5/2011 13:16 | when is the agm? | spurberry
04/5/2011 11:19 | I too think they will plan to announce things at the agm, and we can look forward to fireworks over the next few months. I have enough shares for now but admit to being tempted to buy more. Narrow spread today. Those trades at 6.875p are buys - ok so I was tempted. | littlemadam
04/5/2011 10:32 | spoke to the company, name change will happen at agm, and we shouls be 'zoltav resources' by start of july, and hopefully we will have a deal on the table in the next 1 - 2 months...sounded positive, espicially as junior has a lot of connections, load up lads | ronson333 |
