An LSE Poster - I haven't posted for a while as there seems little point when there are now very few of us here, but I will put my view down and see if it gets any replies.. Scargs hits the nail on the head in his post, several have invested millions at $12.50 yet we don't see others following them in, that puzzles me..I blame the fact we are now priced in dollars as opposed to sub 1p, AIM punters like to own "millions" of shares as opposed to hundreds, I think some feel uncomfortable dealing in a foreign currency. The situation regarding Panda and the court case not being reported in this country is quite frankly shameful..this could..be absolutely mega for CRV. I hear..there is an 8m euro break of contract clause which Panda will have to pay should we win. I hear.. we are back in court end of this month. I have no idea if we will win, but the signs i hear are good. Results will be out by end of this month and I don't expect them to be fantastic, but as they are only until the end of May 2016 so much emphasis has to be on what the comments are, also post May 2016 much has happened. No doubt plenty of "jam tomorrow" statements. Our new Chairman however is no mug, so he will know what to say and do. There is no doubt in my mind that he has been brought in for a specific reason, but what is it? People of his credibility just don't join AIM companies without a very good reason. Plenty of shareholders appear to have moved on and that's their choice, but i'm going to see this through. In my mind the balance of probabilities says there is a huge deal being made and Mr Burrows has been brought in to close it, I doubt very much if Mr Pajak was party to his appointment, I also think his days may well be numbered. We also have taken on large offices, I doubt they have rented all that space without having a plan to fill it with staff..Change of office was never notified officially, i thought they had to.. Our bank account is bulging at this time and if we are to believe yesterdays RNS there is more investment on it's way, I wish i knew what all this money was for, waste of time asking anyone connected with CRV as it's just a wall of silence, you don't even get the courtesy of a reply from anyone, they wont even say who sold us the Argentinian land for goodness sake.. Clearly they are all under instruction to ignore any shareholder questions.. I have no idea if I will still be here in months or years but I will see it through. Good luck to us.

Just needs a bit of PR or SI to promote CRV and $12.50 will be a distant memory, let alone $8.625. For now promotion is clearly still not on the agenda, SI Capital haven't even tweeted the RNS which they do for their other companies..... Our time will come and with Mr Burrows on board I favour it will be sooner rather than later.....

Cash placing at $12.50 and share price £8.50. !! Confidence shown again for CRV. Placings always well ahead of share price One day soon this little gem will attract some real interest and by then the share price will be well ahead of current values.

16th September 2016 Craven House Capital Plc ("Craven House" or the "Company") Acquisition of Loan Portfolio The Company today announces that it has completed the acquisition of a portfolio of non-performing loans from a major South African bank for a total consideration of ZAR 20,000,000 (twenty million South African Rand). The loans have been acquired a discount to their face value and are secured, in a senior position, against a portfolio of real estate assets in South Africa. The Company is bound by confidentiality requirements to not disclose further details of the transaction at this stage. Mark Pajak, Acting Chairman, commented: "We are very pleased to have negotiated the acquisition of this loan portfolio at a discount to its face value. The underlying assets offer significant security in excess of the face value and the investment is in line with core elements of our strategy; to seek out distressed assets and complicated restructuring opportunities in our target markets. The transaction demonstrates our ability and desire to invest at all levels of the capital structure in order to generate optimal risk adjusted returns".

How come the 01/08 announcement needed a clarification RNS? Apart from some blurb added, the only difference between the releases seems to have been retracting the line about "214% return on investment", changing it to "The directors believe the investment to have provided an excellent return"

Interestingly..Our website has been updated and now incorporates a Chinese language option. Does this possibly mean that our proposed $150m investment is coming from China?

RNSThe Company's investment in Green Isle was acquired for EUR700,000 in May 2013. The company has since received interest payments and repayments of principal totaling EUR2.2 million; a return on investment of 214% in a period of three years and two monthsMark Pajak, Acting Chairman, commented; "We are pleased to report the very successful completion of the disposal of this investment. Craven will continue to seek similar complicated restructuring opportunities where value can be extracted for shareholders. We believe there are significant opportunities in our target markets to acquire distressed assets and invest at all levels of the capital structure to generate optimal risk adjusted returns. We are actively evaluating several such opportunities. "

Thanks for that precis which is very interesting. I have held for quite some time(years) and often been tempted to sell up and find somewhere else to deposit my cash for a faster return. Thankfully I resisted and am already on a X3 return on for me a large holding, well into the millions. I look upon CRV as an unbelievable prospect for the next few years. I scare myself sometimes when I look at the potential which all the new investors have now made possible. I then remind myself that I have been in similar positions in the past and expectations can be very quickly dashed. My fingers are crossed that this will not be the case with CRV. Incidentally one of the most positive pointers purely on short term share price is that we have had virtually no selling since the share price has doubled. Most of the sells have been the short termers who jumped in after the last RNS. All trades are for minuscule %ages of the shares in issue. More than 90% of the shares are in firm hands, mostly hands which have a good idea of what is to come.

LSE charlie129 Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 1.275 Thanks for your feed back of the meeting Karina. What makes you so positive? Their Leader?? The Team?? or the large number of good deals waiting to be done - Do you think that the deals they have had for some time justifies the Bullish enthusiasm My Pleasure Charlie Its a combination of known specifics, the general tone of the meeting and a "gut feeing" from what could be said and what couldn't be said. I was impressed with Mark on the whole and there is a real conviction in his desire to take CRV to levels we had not even dreamt of. 1 Up to $150m from a sole investor at 1.25, 11 times the current market cap and agreed when 1.25 was a huge premium. That in itself is enough for me, but there's so much more. 2 Talks with "several" other investors and the fact that the resolutions allow CRV to raise up to circa $650m. I very much get the impression that this is the plan. If we were then to trade at a multiple of assets you could find CRV with a Market Cap of a $billion or more. That would have sounded like a flight of fancy to me a few months/weeks ago.... 3 Mark stated that we are the only company he knows of that's not trading on a multiple of its cash/asset position, that should/will change in my view once we leave AIM and the traders behind. 4 CRV will start PR at long, long last and its a story I can see generating huge interest 5 Mr Emmerson from SI Capital was there, and as well as being a very nice chap, he and SI bring a whole new dimension to CRV. 6 Moving off AIM who have scuppered deals for both CRV and SI Capital in the past, to a "proper" market. 7 "Several high net worth individuals" took part in recent placings. They have chosen not to reveal their identities so far. 8 I believe we will see a couple more placings in the next week or two 9 The new investor will no doubt take a place on the board and one assumes that with the amount they can invest it will be a name known to the City. 10 Pressfit is far from dead in the water and should generate long term value 11 I feel that Mr To, our chief strategy officer may well prove pivotal, that's very much just my view, nothing from the meeting to back this up, but its worth taking a look at his history 12 Personnel are already in place in Angola, Argentina and South Africa to manage the proposed investments, that tells me we are very close to deals being announced. 13 If you take a look at SI Capitals July review they state "Incredible times to be investing in markets and I have no doubt the next few months will bring further volatility and opportunity" This was very much Marks take on the opportunities open to CRV to invest when others are running for cover. 14 Our directors do not take salaries and have not sold a single CRV share. There's probably more but I must stress this is all from my recollection and notes and is therefore my interpretation of events and not attributable to Mark.

Hi Kev Its a 734/1 consolidation so you will end up with 118 shares, you will lose 388 of the current shares at 1.45p, about £5, which will be sold and sent to MIND charity. Or you could buy more and round up to a multiple of 734.....! That's my understanding anyway K

Hi folks, slightly concerned here after reading posts on another forum. I only hold around 87000 shares so after consolidation I will have well below the 'minimum' number I've read of 734. What will happen?

Best not to over promote. We dont want the rabble to find CRV. All it does is create spikes and troughs which purely distort the share price The inherrent quality and value in CRV will become more and more apparent as the weeks go by.
