09/8/2018 15:08 | Hi Steve. What baner said. Lol Plus I think they may take it private. Small freefloat and will be even less soon. A few of us who speak don't think there can be more than 50 PI's in this. | rusty9717
09/8/2018 14:10 | This is a really positive proposal - looking after the best interest of all shareholders. If CH can buy back shares at say $6 the remaining holders will benefit from the $4/share discount to the NAV - so that the pro forma NAV per share will gradually increase as long as shares are bought back at a discount. The fact they propose this is a proof that the directors are shareholder oriented and also believe in the values of the company. To buy the shares in the market at ca $5 now seems as an absolute no-brainer. | baner
09/8/2018 13:55 | What's your thoughts on what follows now Rusty/Daica? I know both of you are very long term holders/followers of this share. There's a positive view from Tully and a negative from Spot and quite frankly I have no idea which way it's headed. I do still welcome this though as at least we are reaching a conclusion one way or another. I was concerned we'd be trapped in with nothing happening for years. | steve1845
09/8/2018 12:53 | Saw the RNS but couldn’t buy online and I’ve just moved my brokers a/c to H/L. Great news for all you patient holders, very pleased for you. DC | daicaprice
09/8/2018 12:38 | Not even a post. Shows how unloved this is. Massive news. | rusty9717
04/6/2018 17:09 | Looking ace again. | oilbuy
04/6/2018 16:19 | sounds like an out of court settlement is in the pipeline......... | baner
04/6/2018 12:12 | It appears the Panda Waste case is no longer proceeding in the High Court. Now there's numerous possibilities/outome | karina
01/6/2018 22:14 | No change at all DC. Court case starts Tuesday where, if they win, the upside is 8m to 80m Euros. But that's not material....... | karina
01/6/2018 21:37 | I’ve been watching this for 5yrs plus, invested £1200 once and managed to catch a rise if I remember correctly. The one thing I remember is that Management were certainly not informative and more damn right secretive, has it changed? DC | daicaprice
01/6/2018 17:56 | Would be good to know what net assets there are in the acquired company. If this nearer to 0, $2.5m may be an expensive acquisition.......if there is $2.5m of asset backing and profits are sustainable, then this looks like an excellent deal. Room for management to be a bit more informative on this one. | baner
01/6/2018 16:38 | I'm very happy for my holding to be diluted, if new shares are issued at 11 bucks! | cjohn
01/6/2018 16:38 | Income in a US context is indeed profit. | cjohn
01/6/2018 16:25 | True, but a cash buy with no share dilution is also nice | karina
01/6/2018 16:03 | It does look like it Karina, just a shame it wasn’t for shares @ $11 a share!! DC | daicaprice
01/6/2018 16:00 | It is indeed pre tax profit, so 5 times pre tax profit would appear to be a very decent buy. | karina
01/6/2018 15:23 | Depends on this really DC "The adjusted pre-tax income of the business being acquired for the full year 2017 was $500,105." Pre tax income or pre tax profit? I have asked the question..... | karina
01/6/2018 15:04 | An acquisition of a profitable Insurance broker stateside for cash. DC | daicaprice
21/3/2018 12:25 | It looks like the board is making some effort to keep shareholders informed. Qeton is surprsingly profitable for a new business. | cjohn
20/3/2018 07:59 | Update that will no doubt get explained by k over on the other place. DC | daicaprice
23/2/2018 08:34 | Thanks C. John I will check it out | robin_lemer
21/2/2018 14:42 | Have been a holder for some time, looking forward to the next deal! Would be interested to know from Karina where she found out that the Company are hoping to issue another 88444400 at !2 dollars 5o cents | robin_lemer
13/2/2018 15:20 | They requested permission for this this at the AGM DC Would put CRV well over $100m IF it comes off, whatever the deal may be. Could be either the Panda deal, or AP VOS, or both ! | karina
13/2/2018 14:40 | The usual $12.50 hmm. DC | daicaprice |
