Yeah -

I would add the housing market looks in pretty poor condition and looks ripe for a fall -

House prices are gently falling -

Couple that with brexit uncertainty -

Any views?

MTC was a bit different and a class act compared with this.

Potentially it could have been 100% open offer, with nothing left for the conditional placing. But strangely it fell towards the offer price, which deterred holders from filing acceptances and 22.1% got left with the placees. Lucky placees!

will get close to 11p i would think near placing, and to buy at this level would seem a bit rash but will wait and see.

Been 17.5p for about an hour!
Once a few piles in, it'll go bonkers...was +13% at 8.03 their morning which is a good indication.

Over 85% of the shares will have been acquired at 10p. What could possibly go wrong?

Institutions may be patient, although I don't see any lock-up agreements, other than CWD not issuing more shares for 180 days.

However, if you believe the company was worth £120m a couple of days ago, surely it should still be worth that plus at least the £129m cash they're raising (if you think plus less than the £129m, what's the point of raising the cash, other than pay the advisors of course!). i.e. at least 15.25p per share. Arguably somewhat more because they've been derisked, for a while.

lol, you can't add £100m+ cash to the assets, without adding the shares! You can't have it both ways.

Even at this price, the market cap will have risen more than the injected cash.

But today should be fun and worth playing!
