02/8/2018 07:57 | the placing and open offer is only £28.6m the current mcap is £118.87m looks like the open offer will be something like 1 for 1 at 10p? | technowiz
02/8/2018 07:31 | a place not a RI! with a small open offer. "If a Qualifying Shareholder who is not a Placee takes up his Open Offer Entitlement in full, such Qualifying Shareholder's holding, as a percentage of the Enlarged Share Capital, will be diluted by 67.9 per cent. as a result of the Firm Placing." so if you are not a placee i.e. an II investor, then you get diluted even if you take up the open offer in full. glad i sold out at 45p. i paid 80p for some as recently as 22-June just 2 months ago. some shares do well when there is a discounted RI like Capita (CPI) but this by CWD is a placing at 10p!! | technowiz

01/7/2018 18:06 | This has always been a hugely cyclical business, without the stamp duty and no tenants fees larks. I seem to remember Prudential and General Accident valued in the £1 range. Ideal time for management buyout/gift !! Value of business zilch. | andrewhbruce
