15/5/2023 09:28 | as many others, this is a high risk share, but lately has been doing very well it can go down the same way it went up imho it will not go up much more, but of course, i may be wrong, often i am distribute the risk. do not be greedy, usually works volume is low | book5
15/5/2023 09:11 | Only crumbs there. Stale ones at that. | diggybee
15/5/2023 09:01 | ....I think you are forgetting the huge operational and logistical efforts that go into the maintenance of the biscuit selection in the Data Room..... | dexdringle
15/5/2023 08:57 | What operations? | diggybee
15/5/2023 08:36 | Are you implying Mark Child might be disruptive if he got the well-deserved push? Say it ain't so! | zangdook
15/5/2023 08:30 | When control of a company changes hands, under new ownership, the previous management can be sacked, and new managers installed. This is best done in a considerate way to ensure an orderly transition without disrupting the company's operations. | meanreverter
15/5/2023 08:22 | With rubble I mean the rest of the company | oldiegoldie
15/5/2023 07:57 | There is a lot of gold in the rubble and the buyer will want to know they have got all of the 5 million oz+ potential. | 888icb
15/5/2023 07:50 | Why would somebody bid for the company if he can have the asset without all the rubble? | oldiegoldie
15/5/2023 07:19 | No news from the village All quiet | book5
14/5/2023 12:49 | It is also highly likely, having been mentioned by Mark on several occasions, that a bid or bids for the assets could end up as a bid or bids for the company. | 888icb
14/5/2023 12:25 | OG, I would expect a special dividend like for example amur minerals. | sherwood58
14/5/2023 07:38 | Sher U probably are right We still hold around 5% of our original holdings I am not sure we will sell above current market cap, imho there is selected misinformation directed to push the share up, I.e bad news ere not reported to small PIs | book5
14/5/2023 07:38 | Sherwood, how do you think the money a buyer pays to CNR for the asset (so it goes from the bank account of a buyer to a CNR bank account) will land on your bank account afterwards? The share as such is worth less after the asset sale, so the cash raised needs to be paid to you in some form of extra dividend. How likely do you think that is? | oldiegoldie
14/5/2023 07:16 | Book, there is significant interest in the asset. The remaining 0.4% of the land will not worry any potential acquirer. The capex cost included paying for the rest of the land. Regarding selling now, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and investment position, but to me I can't see the value/offer to be less than the current market cap, therfore I don't see the point in selling. We are so close to the end of the road here, why not hold on for a few more weeks/months to see full value? | sherwood58
12/5/2023 23:07 | Relative to HUI index calibre is doing well, today it closed at max of the day, and max for the last 18 months. they have been increasing production , and gold reserves with high grade. Several brokers believe calibre is worth more than 2.2 Canadian dollars. It is good for cnr that calibre is performing well. cnr up in Canada with very little volume If I remember correctly Mako has recovered among other things because they managed to refinance its debt last February , as a result its share price spoke to around 2.7. Its performance, so far, has been worse than calibre. Could cnr get some financing now? Selling la Mestiza to Calibre, could help to raise the rest of debt we would need. Imho the market only values la Mestiza, rest is close to zero (till we get all the land for la India and America), so la mestiza is probably very valuable and its sell could help to raise the rest of the financing we would need to build the mine. a rns saying we own all the land and are getting financing to build the mine should provide a good opportunity to increase our holdings here for the long term appreciation, till them happy to have reduced my holdings. gla, | book5

12/5/2023 14:48 | It must be within the rules because he received 30 million warrants when he invested 1million to sell the company. They cant now say it is against the rules to convert the warrants during sell process because capital was raised, and warrants issued, as means to sell the company 2 weeks left MC in Nicaragua to speak to the government about the land? | book5
12/5/2023 14:38 | I would expect JM to take up his allotment providing it is within the rules. It would certainly say a lot if he declines. | bahamasoil
12/5/2023 13:16 | 8,194,125 warrants at exercise price 40p. Expiry date 28 May 2023 why would they not be converted if this is worth more than 40p per share? any information about when options expire and at what price? | book5
