Well, it turns out they are pretty stupid. So...

Book, I'm sorry but the company is not going to announce non-binding offers during a sale process, that would be stupid.

He forgot to add :
“We own all the land” …where the offices are located in the village

No land, no mine at the india or America
Cpo have been in the menu for years,
Locals are not aware of any new land negotiation with coop, all stop

To me in the video he says what Cnr is asking.
He could say: currently a non-Biden offer is above $100million … he does not give any indication of what has been offered to buy cnr, so it must be poor. This will be sold much lower than the majority believe. Perhaps we could get royalties/payments in the future, calibre shares?

Gold and calibre are helping

Only way to get a decent valuation is for jm to buy it , or finance it, and build it. But for that we need a rns about the land first, otherwise it will look like internal trading.

It is probable that Sometime in June, cnr will be closed down, or be sold for whatever buyers are offering, or raise cash to buy the land and keep going. We should be able to raise a decent amount of cash via JM’s warrant conversion at 15p, but only if JM sees a business opportunity; so far he has converted NONE, why???

Sometimes it looks like Mc is ramping the market hoping a panic buyer will buy this without assessing the main risks(land, proximity to the village, flooding) , or for some few insiders to be able to sell a few

I hope to be wrong.
I will change of opinion when we own all the land for la India , and America and Mestiza and a rns is issued

Condor is worth exactly what someone is willing to buy it for. Nothing more, nothing less. It produces nothing currently so valuation is all in the air.

The problem here is that the market has never really valued us appropriately. The question is, will a producer with lots of cash who want to grow/replenish their ore see value here? I am betting yes.

888, these are all nice calculations that might work out for large producers like Barrick or Newmont.
You are completely missing the point, as always:

The theoretical business case was never the problem of CNR. The theoretical return on invest was always spectacular, even at POG 1600US$ ( which btw was also the reason for me to invest more than a decade ago)

The problem of CNR was and is “to make it fly” in practice, and in this respect the future looks darker as ever as they admitted themselves that they are incapable of getting the job done and therefore sell the asset.

Why plug in 2400. May as well plug in 5000. And plug in twice as much land as well. I agree with OG. We will be very lucky to get for a tiny turn. Nobody will be doing handstands with joy on this. Maybe a couple can stand a round of beers at the local boozer but it has only traded about 5 million pounds worth for the year so far. And not much of that below 20p. Nobody will be looking a a new kitchen on this. Pitiful volume for pitiful people.

OG you know full well that is not the scenario Jim is painting. He means that the gold price will go up at least 20% but share prices go up exponentially to the gold price rise. So we are looking at plugging in a gold price of 2400 into Condors NPV. Look at the latest presentation for a valuation:
“ Valuation 14April2023
Market Capitalisation at 30p = £54M or US$67M
Valuation of an oz gold in the ground. Takes no account of permits, FS, land, upside, mill 2.5M oz gold for La India Project + Rio Luna concession and silver credits US$27 per oz gold in the ground or 1.3% of today’s gold price $2,030 oz gold
Post tax NPV: Best indication is 150,000 oz gold p.a. scenario in PEA:
• US$418M NPV and IRR 54% at US$1,700 oz gold. price to book ratio 0.16 times
• US$628M NPV and IRR 74% at US$2,000 oz gold. price to book ratio 0.10 times
• US$769M NPV and IRR 87% at US$2,200 oz gold. price to book ratio 0.09 times”
That is only taking you to gold at 2200 so you will have to plug in 2400 and see what the NPV will be. Another day before trading resumes and to redo your homework.

Jim Mellon Condor’s Chairman at Master Investor
When Marks speech at Master Investor was released 4 days ago so was Jim Mellon’s key note presentation about markets and investment generally. The key point for Condor shareholders was his bullishness on gold. He believes gold is a key investment to protect your wealth. Every portfolio for at least the next 12 months should be 20% in gold and that should produce at least a 20% return over the year. He said it doesn’t matter how you get that exposure be it bullion or shares. He said when asked that gold companies were a good way to gold and mention Condor and one other by name as Somme of the gold companies present at Master Investor. I imagine that because Condor is in a bid process he could not give a specific buy recommendation for Condor but at least he was able to mention it. All looking very positive.
The interview is easily found on Utube.

Misinformation, disinformation, anti vax, right wing, transphobic.....these are all words / descriptions designed to discredit those valid alternative views that the establishment just happens to find 'inconvenient'

Condor PR are off on Cloud Twitterland again.... Are we paying for this rubbish ?

"Did you know actor Rainn Wilson, who played Dwight Schrute in 'The Office' (US), grew up in Nicaragua?

Being UK-based we likely shouldn't bring up the US version of the show, but he's mentioned his love of the country in interviews and we have to admit we share the sentiment. 🤷

Yup the sun will come out tomorrow. If we own the land I guess. But 888 has been pushing this for years. It is disingenuous for him to suggest that only the future matters. Maybe we can get out for a small turn. But if you are Walter Mitty in disguise I guess that is fantastic.

Agree with 888. What has gone has gone-it's called sunk cost. what is relevant is what it's worth now. The prospects for POG look promising. How Child looks, sounds, dresses, holidays, how much he has been paid, don't sound to me like fundamentals. What price we bought at is not a fundamental either-it might make us annoyed (includes me) but that's do with investing in start ups-win some, lose some-don't invest in them if you cannot afford the loss is the lesson here.

That's all.
