Not sure if these news from China are so spectacular from a global perspective, but in general I am obviously positive for gold, if I have to simplify to the maximum my thoughts.

The main risk is that, in case BRICS countries really create a gold-backed currency to beat US$, we are all sitting in the wrong boat here. I am not happy with many political trends in UK, US or EU - but I still prefer living in the West over China or Russia. Gold could become a even more valuable asset in some regions of a bipolar world, and a less valuable asset in other regions.

I hope all goes well. I was wondering if you could give me your thoughts on the apparent recent move in China.

I heard he is heavily invested in a company called „Cooperativa Minera Artesanal La India PLC“, listed in Caracas and Pyongyang. Seems to be a great company. CEO is a guy called Robin M.C. Hood.

Yup I've got some though much much less than when I was drinking the kool aid. I was in above 40 and sold just above where we are now on the way down. I took my allocation at 15p. If it gets back to 42p or so I might buy myself a beer but it is not material any more. I live in a little hope but trying to keep it real. There have been calamitous errors. Even if there is gold there. It is Nicaragua. Mark is an amateur. There is a land issue. Jim is a complete spiv in shark's clothing masquerading as an altruistic man of the people. And then there is 888, the poor sweet lamb.

The tunnel América is closed
The túnel avispero is opened
Cóndor has reduced by 50% people working in La mestiza, and they need to leave some time around June.
It seems cóndor is winning because condor is not lending 1% of its land to miners. Probably there is corruption, somehow the president of the coop continues working in La mestiza….
Still there are Miners working in de cooperativa land and other piece of private land. Hundreds of jobs have been lost.
Government will need to intervine and may actually do it in favour of condor.
I personally believe calibre will pay more than the Chinese
Imho We should have news before end of June

May be …but do we really know? Or are kept in the dark.
FYI Apparently there was an announcement that access to America tunnel was going to be blocked by cnr , if it was implemented that is good for cnr. Also there was another than the avispero túnel was going to be blocked.
no plan / drawing of the missing land is available to us, neither a plan showing were the miners are mining in their land. neither we know H&S implications for miners mining in their land if explosions start on la India
So we only can guess
The buyers probably are not happy with all that miners over there , there must be hundreds when the buyers visited the site , now is high season for miners. But there will be less than other years if cnr has closed access to the above mentioned tunnels, I will ask.

If artisanal miners are mining in America
How could we mine in La India ?
It would not be safe for the miners

Book, the FS was only done on la India. MC said negotiations will take place depending on the interested party about the land situation. If CNR were to go this alone, they could easily start with la India open pit and then use the money to buy the land surface rights of mestiza. We wouldn't need to own all of mestiza and America to start operations.

There will not be any land purchase.
If it was so easy, CNR would have bought it before they announced the asset being for sale.

They will sell the asset somewhere around the 50M mark, carve out the cash in some creative ways and the senior management will say goodbye the same day. CNR will stay listed on AIM for 1-2 years until even 888 has forgotten it ever existed and then file bankruptcy

Imho , Any offer is conditional to us owning all the land
Question to all:
What rns will we have first, one about the land ( we own it all), or one confirming cnr has been sold?
Imho Cnr will not be able to hold info about the successful completion of the land purchases , if , and when it happens

Mc is ramping the share price bcs offers are not good
He is waiting/hoping they improve with the price of gold

Why would u ramp the share price as he does it? Yet don’t buy any in the last capital raise, and around £5K in the previous two?

.....ahh yes. The SAG Mill. That was $6 million well spent 🙄.

You used to be able to get a whole Bionic Man for that much. Or at least 99.6% of one.

Sher
Think
He often says we “all the land” but when putting % he says, all by 0.4%, and we are missing 2% from la India, and 40% (or is60%) from America , and almost, if not all from la mestiza.
What all these %s mean?
Can we mine la india without owning all America? I doubted very much
And why is JM not converting his warrants if this is the deal of the century, ie secured offers above 100 million? Answer, imho, bcs there is a risk we are taken over by the government , or the government does not support us to buy rest of the land, and for la mestiza we will get far less of curre market cap
In summary back in December jm did not know if we will sell above 15p per share, he should know more now

Book, we are only lacking 0.4% of the land. MC mentioned the cost of this was $600k in a recent Q&A with adelaide capital. Do you think that we will sell for cheap because of $600k? JM can easily convert his warrants to cover this and the rest of the SAG Mill.

There is a realistic chance book5 reaches what I suppose is his goal: Artisanal mining can be continued.
Funny that he apparently somewhere claimed to be a Fonds manager, first time I ready it on this BB

I think someone should write a scientific article about the tales and lies as well as human psychology (mainly denial) when retail investors meet billionaires promoting Junior Explorers. Since 2006, the CNR case really featured all elements - like a Shakespeare drama
