14/4/2023 09:09 | Gold holding circa 2040. CNR up 4% at 32.25 on volume of 227000. The last 4 trades are buys at full offer 32.5p. Positive start and looks as if it will be moving up again soon. | 888icb
13/4/2023 19:16 | http s://www.bullionbypos graph is scary, it shows how unsettled the world is, this may be the beginning…u never know for sure how it will end up. In the mid time gold look like a safe asset | book5
13/4/2023 18:47 | Perhaps he'll grab a couple of those steak knives and go all 'Casey Ryback' on whoever really does own the land 🤣 | dexdringle
13/4/2023 14:06 | Gold has just moved sharply up to 2044 as New York gets ready to open. | 888icb
13/4/2023 11:00 | I doubt MC is competent enough even to stab himself to death effectively. More likely he'd trip over the biscuits in the Data Room and accidentally bludgeon himself to death with the knife handle... | dexdringle
13/4/2023 09:41 | Did you notice MC had a knife in his breast pocket? Bit early in the sales process to consider topping himself and I would have expected him to use a Kukri. | bahamasoil
13/4/2023 09:05 | Gold rising this morning currently 2023. This bull market for gold will push the final offers higher. | 888icb
13/4/2023 06:40 | I have not watched the majority of the video, only few phrases here and there. Imho: -The buyer more flexible in its conditions should be the one that eventually buys cnr. -Calibre knows the country and should know how it can get the land and evaluate timescales. So to avoid delays (issue of new shares, conversation warrants) and get a better price cnr will sell to calibre for calibre shares -we probably want to sell it all we own in Nicaragua not later than June 2023. - our bargaining power is probably low till we own all the land. Questions: -Does the video mention anything about cpo for rest of the land? If it happens it would be game changer , if not then the price will be lower and limit the number of buyers to only one: calibre; the alternative may be to extend the process for many more months till we buy the rest of land ourselves. My info is that at least one land owner doesn’t want to sell, ie he/she needs to be forced to sell, she/he may be the the person owning land on the America pit. My contacts are confused where exactly the boundary btw the india and American pits is. it seems the video does not mention the coop. Calibre market valuation has lately been raising nicely; this undoubtedly should help to get a better price for cnr, which in turn would hopefully help with the long term market capitalisation of calibre, and help long term cnr investors to recover their investment. My bet has been that we will end up owning calibre shares Lucky timing with calibre (few positive rns issued lately )and sector booming Tense times, gla | book5
13/4/2023 01:24 | Wait. We do not own all the land? What witchcraft is this? | diggybee
12/4/2023 19:23 | I thought the BFS covers only la india, is this correct? He has just said the FS says 2% land remaining for the India pit What is new is info about America (30% of the land, did I hear correctly ?) and possible knock effect in La India , if any Sherwood, Hopefully the FS covers America, including the remaining land there too? | book5
12/4/2023 19:05 | There is a breakdown of costs in the FS for the upfront capex and that includes money for the remaining land. | sherwood58
12/4/2023 18:55 | is He saying we don’t own 30% of America? Is that the coop’s land? can we mine in La India (blow rocks with dynamite) with miners next door in America? If all buyers know this, why not to say to the open market? Hopefully the 700k covers the America’s pit land too… Gla. | book5
12/4/2023 18:45 | Post edited....As I think Sherwood58 has answered the question - I am assuming at this stage without listening to some 60 minutes of possible waffle that the funds are coming from the rights/placing at 15p. Does anyone know if this is a correct assumption?. | pugugly
12/4/2023 18:27 | Is he saying cnr needs 700k to buy rest of the land? That is very very cheap ….Imho, most probably there will be in addition a land swap component I can’t understand why he said we would need to sell shares to raise that amount? I thought we raised the cash for that purpose around three months ago? Perhaps JM coukd convert his 16 million warrants a 15p , to raise 1.9 million without further dilution?? | book5
12/4/2023 17:20 | Latest video for CNR for anyone that missed the tweet link httPs://www.youtube. | aleoap
12/4/2023 10:33 | no news from the village | book5
12/4/2023 08:00 | Gold doing well Gold having come off last weeks highs over the weekend has strengthened again breaching 2020 in Hong Kong this morning. Currently trading at 2015, this is clearly a very helpful scenario for securing a good price for Condor’s assets. Condors best scenario in the BFS was based on gold at 2000. It is now becoming clear that 2000 is probably the new base and when Condors gold is mined the gold price will be considerably higher. | 888icb
12/4/2023 07:44 | Loyalty and patience are not necessarily virtues typically rewarded as shareholders. Look at credit suisse! But like you I hope for the best. But very cynical of mark and Jim's motives and competence. Hopefully will be wrong on both counts but hope is not always a good strategy. As they say! | diggybee
12/4/2023 07:24 | Sorry, I was unnecessarily abrupt. I was getting tired of reading the possible scenario of CNR assets being sold and shareholders not getting rewarded for their loyalty and patience. I agree it’s a free board and everyone can post what they like. | psolomons
12/4/2023 01:14 | It's not a theory. The company is trying to sell assets. We don't know what will happen to any cash they receive. It's a free board, anyone can post, there's no shareholding requirement, not even a requirement to be polite, unfortunately. OG has contributed more than twenty times as much to this board as ps. | zangdook
11/4/2023 21:12 | Unfortunately some people get vicarious pleasure with these things? I've got nothing against OG but I'm at a loss as to why he doesn't just enjoy his Lotus and leave things alone? | connect5 |
