30/4/2013 14:15 | bit too early for me to plunge in, also the "sell in may" boys could be out there ready to drag the share price down more . | redips2
30/4/2013 13:08 | My buy just went through as a sell? I reckon we will see a bounce from 450, but time will tell. | abarton100
26/4/2013 09:38 | OK so it's Friday and has eased a bit more----so will continue to watch and wait for a lower entry . | redips2
24/4/2013 11:39 | Time of selling imo--------v tricky. They may continue to creep down over 2/3 days, settle, then creep up . So come Friday, well who knows . | redips2
24/4/2013 09:35 | Absolutely. I am just looking at the trades matched on this item and after the initial spate of sells, the number of buys now seem to double the number of sells (as of 9.30am). I have no idea how accurate this data is but a 2:1 ratio of buys to sells shows that there's either a lot of mugs out there or lots of poeple who believe that this 12% drop is an over-reaction. I am still holding my finger over the Final Sale button here and I may now wait until mid-afternoon to make my final decision as things seem to have settled for now but I expect something to spring one way or another and I am not going to lose my head over this one. | malcolmsm1th
24/4/2013 09:07 | It wasn't that bad - it's just that (for me anyway) it had risen a long way, higher than I thought it should be. A 'fair' price? Hard to say as a lot of that statement does not include quantification, but looking at guesstimate EPS multiples (comparing EPS with with enterprise value, I think the net cash should be deducted before assessing an income multiple) I think 550 was too high, so while a 12% drop looks serious, it's only bringing it back towards where (imho) it should have been before the statement. I still think it's an excellent investment, with its many millions of net cash and no debt, but the market has a habit of sticking the boot in at the first sign of trouble and taking things too far the other way (which I'm hoping for, as a non-holder) All good fun... | imastu pidgitaswell
24/4/2013 08:56 | There is that and I don't think that the Interim Statement was THAT bad. I do expect a drop today but something of the order of 12% is a bit, in my view, of an over-reaction. But, nonetheless, a reaction it was and a huge one at that, so now it's gone so far I would expect the over-reaction to continue. I'm going to give it a short while - an hour or so - and then decide what to do with the remainder of my holding. I may well out and stay away from this company for quite a while to come, methinks. | malcolmsm1th
24/4/2013 08:49 | See, told you it had risen too far...(re Febuary debate about why I wouldn't buy them back for more than I sold them for) ;-) Return of capital to come, but some real busines issues developing and big problems in Germany. Staying away for now, but might have a sniff if we see 400 again. | imastu pidgitaswell
19/3/2013 22:16 | Or maybe not... Ironic that it takes impending banking meltdown for the market to see the benefit of having a cash rich business that has no need for bank loans, even if it therefore means the City makes sod-all out of CCC. Pity I just thought they never would see it and would leave it permanently undervalued, so sold out. Another one down to experience - becoming a big collection... | imastu pidgitaswell
13/3/2013 22:54 | Imastu. Looks like you may get a chance to buy in again at around 400-450 if we carry on falling. Good steady eddy company | pjhutchy
12/3/2013 08:28 | Could be share buyback? Good results, better than I expected - 36p is a bit higher than their previous statements had suggested to me. Of course, with £150m net cash, the real 'enterprise value' is around £620m, hence a notably lower 'PE' ratio than the headlines suggest. Reasonably valued (EV of 10-12 times earnings), but a very safe invstment. Pity I sold the lot at around 400.... | imastu pidgitaswell
12/3/2013 07:24 | Looks like around 50p per share special divi coming in 2013. | fargonorthdakota

27/2/2013 15:05 | I think it's all over here----it'll be back down to £3.00 before you can shout gravity . I wish :p | redips2
21/2/2013 20:24 | Or piling out if this sell off continues. Ha | pjhutchy
20/2/2013 18:05 | Looking good. This will now get picked up on the 52 week breakouts and momentum traders will start piling in. | pjhutchy
