09/3/2012 17:27 | Mmmmm bought in this afternoon because I thought under 380 was good value. I was watching this yesterday and there was a large sell off at close then that pushed the price down. Might just be a seller trying to make themselves look good or something more concering. I have traded this share before and you can very often get a bargain price because like CR said, it is illiquid. Lets hope we get some buyers coming in at 368 on Monday! | foxman14
09/3/2012 17:02 | Jan 12th update was preceeded by a bit of a sell-off. | rogash
09/3/2012 16:50 | Its a total guess on my part that the results may be good as expected (or better). The forward outlook may be ''challenging'' or current sales streams ''difficult to predict with any certainty''. We do not know who gave the story to the Times today but looks like some strategy change. Again no facts for this just from experience. Thoughts? | pj 1
09/3/2012 16:45 | Looks like possible insider trading ahead of results. Any thoughts? | funkandblues
09/3/2012 16:43 | These are deadly illiquid. I might be wrong, perhaps there is a rumour leak but I personally don't think so after the recent trading update. If someone wants to sell and they can't wait for whatever reason they can mullar the price here as with other illiquid stocks imo If you look back sat the chart there's lots of falls like this that prove to have been nothing if you look at the 5 year performmance. Just my opinion - I'm long still. CR | cockneyrebel
09/3/2012 16:37 | Not on my screen????? Even more worrying......... | pj 1
09/3/2012 16:35 | Phew...it's blue! :-) | rathlindri
09/3/2012 15:05 | Interesting. I'm taking that as confirmation that there needs to be a step change to maintain Growth. Hopefully the outlook and forward statement in Results will give some indication and time frame. Thanks for posting I'd missed it. Worried by the continuing Selling though, starting to think rumours are coming out. | pj 1
09/3/2012 14:41 | Neg, thanks for posting this. Reassuring! | rathlindri
09/3/2012 14:17 | From the Times this morning: "Computacenter, the It services provider, faces a huge opportunity as its business customers shift towards "consumer-like" PCs allowing it to resell hardware, software and associated services says Panmure Gordon in a positive note before results next week. Indeed, so great are the changes that the note describes them as "the biggest makeover since Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen looked in his sock drawer". | neg
09/3/2012 08:09 | CR/ Jam. I hope I'm wrong. Agreed good company and results better than market expectations possible which is why I am holding. I'm cautious that I do not think they will be able to maintain +10% growth 2013 onwards. Market valuations can be confusing and no one measurement can judge a company. Its the overall picture including confidence in the BOD. | pj 1
08/3/2012 21:16 | I agree CR, which is why I'm slightly concerned I might be missing something. Do market valuations have to make sense? I suppose not. But it's usually me who's wrong! | jamielein
08/3/2012 20:42 | Really PJ1? When you red the last trading update from Jan the market loved it and I think it's only a seller here that's hit it short term. 14p, 18p, 21p, 28p, 33p, is the 5 year eps through a recession - can you list many co's that achieved that performance over the last 5 years, trade on a PE of 10 or 8 if you strip out the cash? And double digit earnings growth for this year too the co says. Miles too cheap imo. CR | cockneyrebel
08/3/2012 18:08 | nose cone on chart ppointing down | dugganjoe
08/3/2012 11:39 | At those figures its valued about right then? Difficult to see profits beating 10% increase from now imo, lets hope results are very good or I'm straight out | pj 1
08/3/2012 10:55 | results Tues - 40p+ eps this year. £132m net cash - circa £600m mkt cap imo/dyor Last trading statement was pretty good imo. CR | cockneyrebel
07/3/2012 13:28 | roll on the 13th | rathlindri
07/3/2012 13:21 | Getting ready to motor - flew on the last trading update. CR | cockneyrebel
29/2/2012 12:53 | Dip getting bought up sharply today - was that justy a huge shake this week? It's been on pathetic volume - mm's trying to get a bit of stock ahead of the results perhaps? CR | cockneyrebel
29/2/2012 01:27 | Agree CR. Topped up myself yesterday. | gargoyle2
28/2/2012 20:05 | No better time to buy than on a dip imo, especially if you're getting a boost from the results soon imo. I think some punters have forgotten the recenttrading update and the market reaction imo. CR | cockneyrebel
28/2/2012 19:12 | hmmmm almost a 6% fall since the middle of the month and an interim statement due shortly....here's hoping for a swift recovery | rathlindri
24/2/2012 14:14 | ok, thanks dixies, I missed that - looking forward to them - picked up a few more today while they are in a sale. CR | cockneyrebel
22/2/2012 14:23 | CR - results on the 13th this year as announced in the trading update: I like the statement: "The Group is looking forward to announcing results on 13(th) March 2012" | dixies
22/2/2012 13:53 | Nice intraday bounce Results March 10 last year CR | cockneyrebel |
