It may need another rights issue to enable the co. to fulfil the contractual obligations, that at least would be the last one, these contracts are very capital intensive!

Expect to see rights issue at around 70p , then a nice fall back to around 55p

There is nothing positive about this company that I can see.

Well generally I am optimistic but on this occasion I can't see that the vague hope of a bid outweighs the continuing negatives, so I'm out (having held since 2001!).

I was thinking just the opposite. Seems to be an endless stream of bad news with more to come with management in some disarray. Plenty of scope for further upsets yet. The only thing (NB header, albeit from 2010) is whether a predator is attracted while their defences - and the £ - are weak.???

I had been looking at this one as it seemed to have stabilised but that is clearly not the case and the statement suggests that there is yet more bad news to come.

Looking this share for 1 month, open trade-- up side, then down again,
but share price , only 2-3p move/day.
maybe it is bid target, city boys want cheap price takeover...

New CEO engaging in "kitchen sinking" all the bad news.
I am not saying that things are going to get substantially better in the short term but equally I doubt there is much more downside to be seen here but I am not going to invest yet as it will be months before we hear anything potentially positive.

Could be another Charter , hedgies squeezed it down from £8 to 30p , and then back to £10.50 , lets see where they take it over the next 3 months.
