Me offload? no chance, my impression of the free float was some 25% of the shares in issue.I will come back with correct info later.

This activity is a little early and worrying I do not want to see the price spike like it did last time we have around a probable 4 to 6 week period before the results are out.Those results will hold the price hard,
So some early profit taking can be expected if the price continues at its current pace.

Also for those holders of the stock that register their interests the same as last time; if there is a dividend; may do very well indeed when it is paid out next year,Think that will be some numbers of IPOs later so adding income and asset value.

There will be a dividend in the order of 4% of holdings by a certain date? Sense has it spot on-when they issued the dividend last June it was not stated as a one off and to understand it read it up.Its now worth the share price which is double what it was issued at.

IT WILL BE WORTH WHATEVER THE share price IS AT THE TIME ITS COLLECTED, BEFORE THE END OF JUNE so if the share price IS 12p that will be the value of the divi x 4% of the stock held at close date last year.or alternatively keep the 4% stock and cash it in when the share price is higher?

Good grief thats true, you are lucky to get numbers at the price; was eventually quoted 4.75 to buy 150k and was offered 4.5p for 100k which I did not think was too bad.Eventually because at times I could not get quotes for numbers.

As for the AGM keep checking the companies web site.t a quote.
Am puzzled as I know we have a decent free float so availability should be extant.
