No one liks placings moreforus but there must have been some "is somehow special and different from countless of other aim companies" in CICR for you to have gone to all the trouble last year of POSTING AN ILLEGAL RNS,which you made up yourself last year ?. What for to get in cheaper for a quick buck ?. That is abhorrent in my view.

You are talking about a very SMALL placement here not a massive one. What was it you who posted " will go to 2.5p" this am. Glad to be corrected.

Not followed all the posts here and elsewhere but very bad form if barnetpeter made up an RNS yesterday. Can I suggest to avoid any misunderstandings in future that posters here leave reporting of news to the company?

That said, it would be nice if the standard of posting on this thread could be improved and let the FCA deal with any breaches.

I do not spread bet so that is interesting that you are saying all these shares being traded are bought and paid for no worries about traders having to close their bets just T10s and T20s to consider also is it right that know one would be short on this stock? Normally that would not be an interesting question as the answer is known but it may be different in that CIC will insist on the owners name of the stock being registered-I have no idea if my thinking is correct but the question occurs how do you register and received a dividend based on a percentage of holdings issued one year in arrears,and what value does that divi end up at, for if the bet is closed then the divi would normally have been issued so closed, who is going to go to all that hassle even if the divi is issued of keeping an eye on it when a bet is closed so they can issue it to the closed bet a while later at what ever the share price is at the delayed time of issue?

Also if the CICs history is examined in minute detail it will be found that its probable CIC may not issue dividends to spread bets.The same as they do not apparently issue dividends to those holding more than a certain high percentage of the company.

Apart from which my own question is how did you get a spread bet,if you have one, and who with? The MKT cap is way below normal limits and the number of shares in the free float would be called illiquid by betting companies.
If you have a long bet do share as I and others will be well interested.

I'd actually wager my life that it was moreforus who voted my last post down, how can anybody vote down a post that confirms somebody made up false and misleading lies and posted it several times here and on the topinfo thread.

Why do I expect nothing will be done by advfn if I make a complaint, because moreforus did the same and nothing happened there, I repeat my post earlier, the topinfo thread is full of crooks and liars, that thread should be removed and all posters given a warning never to post again.

The new arrangement with Computershare Investor Services Inc will benefit greatly CICÕs shareholders and, in addition, CIC has established a Depositary Interest (DI) service specifically in the UK. The underlying shares continue to be listed and traded with the DIs being transferred in CREST to settle those trades. There will be additional expense of about GBP12,000 per year to current Transfer Agent Fees but the Company has experienced significant demand from Funds and private placement holders to provide a specific UK DI facility.
