You may well be able to see why our friends from Saudi Arabia are so interested in CICR. Also the possibilty to store oil in bunkers and sell when the price suits the companies must be a huge attraction for the Saudis.

From the article below.............this comment stands out. Does it to you ?.Little grey cells and all that ?. :-)

"OPL 240 and Asaramatoru Marginal Oil field. Tianjin Energy is also actively building a portfolio of EPC contracts in the Power Generation and Infrastructure Development sectors whilst offering engineering services to the Oil and Gas industry in Nigeria.

So this is a long read but I am unable just to provide you with a link.

Miskina iii post. Tianjin and Asaramatoru Marginal Field

Courtesy of same poster on ADVFN

Here is just a fraction of what CICR will potentially
own "up to 6% of the enlarged equity of Tianjin on its IPO."

Oil Exploration & Production (E&P)

Tianjin Energy Resources Limited undertakes turn-key projects in Oil field development. The Company is a licensed EPC Contractor register with Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) in Nigeria.

Oil and Gas Project

Oil Exploration & Production Platform Photo Tianjin Energy Resources Limited owns 34% interest in Asaramatoru Marginal Field (OML 11), 35% interest in KE Marginal Field (OML 55) and 50% interest in OPL 240 in Nigeria.

Tianjin Energy

This company is a real biggie.

Trading Update
11 Apr 12

Tianjin Energy Group Limited ("Tianjin")

Under the terms of its advisory agreement CIC is due to be issued with up to 6% of the enlarged equity of Tianjin on its IPO. Tianjin, an oil import/export company had turnover in 2011 of RMB 11.2billion and profits of approximately RMB260m.

The company has recently been awarded oil port terminal and bunkering rights in China which the Directors believe to be the only private enterprise in China to be granted an oil terminal licence.

CIC is providing restructuring and capital raising strategies to allow Tianjin to list on a prescribed exchange to raise the capital for the building of oil terminal and bunkering at which point it will have earned its Interest.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are 2 things that everyone missed from this:

1.....Nobody bothered converted the Chinese RMB to GBP !
CICR are due "up to 6%" of Tianjin Energy, who had "turnover in 2011 of RMB 11.2billion (1.1 billion) and profits of approximately RMB260m (25.4m)."

2....Nobody bothered looking at the Tianjin Energy website!
Its a huge Chinese company with lots of project areas including Oil & Gas exploration.

This means that CICR would get "up to 6%" of 3 Nigerian oilfields with 125m barrels of RECOVERABLE oil !:

Tianjin Energy Resources Limited owns:
34% (up to 2.04% to CICR) interest in Asaramatoru Marginal Field (OML 11).26m barrels recoverable oil (Investment of $60m)
35% (up to 2.10% to CICR) interest in KE Marginal Field (OML 55). 26m barrels recoverable oil
50% (up to 3.00% to CICR) interest in OPL 240 in Nigeria.73m barrels recoverable oil (Investment of $200m)

It works out that CICR's "up to 6%" stake would give them between 2-3% of this total.

Use your figures. Doesn't matter what you use. When this large Chinese Resource company IPO's, CICR will own "up to 6%" of it so will own "up to 6%" of a 1 billion turnover company who also own large stakes in 3 Nigerian oilfields with 125 million barrels of recoverable oil .

CICGold. 48.47%

CICFuels. 48.36% ( in the presentation box this is noted as 31.15% and so this percentage has increased to 48.47% BECAUSE CICR has earned further by its hard works)

We can argue about this forever, so, why not wait until the results are announced before end of June. There should be another corporate update in June. It is obvious that with the Saudi money, as announced in the last corporate update, on board that the IPO's will be announced when ready. In the meantime the company is making money, otherwise how will they be able to announce a dividend? How many AIMS stocks pay a dividend? In conclusion I agree with Mike5557.

You and I have a totally different perspective on CIC and how its value is achieved.

I look at what is and from the what is decide for myself what the probable outcomes will be.

There is no denying that CIC have far more asset value in the company than has been booked.

It also has earnings value.

There is no denying the company has not got time to stand still.

There is no denying it has booked assets

There is no denying the share price is way under valued.

The company does its job and is continuously earning so much so I expect the EPS to be vastly improved as I also expect the asset base to be vastly improved.

The reasoning is obvious,in fact it's also obvious to you, you want a number more shares.

Buy them at the existing market price,a million can be acquired probably at an average closing 5p or above, thats only 50G, it's the only way to get them for if you leave it much longer and you won't be able to do that at the existing price.

I can't see you getting them any other way.

Like I said you shot yourself a number of times in a probable attempt to get the price down,

As said before stupidity is a privilege available to us all,one of us is taking it too far and the proof will show it ain't me.

I will call the share price to at least the 10p mark but from there I just do not know and the 20p/30p is entirely possible if not a damn sight more.

The share price may well hit 20p/30p+ if the many assumptions become valid

exactly as i have been saying for ages. you finally get it at last.

6% of no IPO is still nothing.

its meaningless until they announce an ACTUAL IPO so it becomes 6% of SOMETHING to get to 20p/30p which i think it will...but until then....

The share price may well hit 20p/30p+ if the many assumptions become valid, that includes a dividend announcement.

As said before no real idea, all looks too good to be true, trouble is the assumptions are reasonable on the published information both post and present which is why they have validity.

Volatile day for gold strong finish though:-

Both silver and gold snapped back sharply. By mid-session in New York, silver had staged nearly a 10% rally from the $21.16 low set overseas, regaining the $23 level. Gold losses stalled shy of the 1321.22 support level and then rallied all the way back to $1399.60, an intraday rally of more than $60 (4.6%).

Invtsors should have another look at the last corporate update on here:-

1. google www.cicresources.com 2. then under circulars, left hand box, click company announcements and it is there 5 Mar 2013.

The results will be out as posted by Mike5557. They will show a profit and a dividend as he has stated.

Sp.Today 11:32It is noticeable that over the last few days that the share price is harding up towards the 5p mark. This because the results are expected soon. Mind you keep an eye on the spread as when this stock moves its always possible to sell well inside the spread and often when demand is extant its possible to get offers over the ask.

I am unsure of where the share price will end up other than well in advance of where it is now, that is caused by my belief in the increase in asset base with expected increase by pence as opposed to micro pence in the earnings per share.Obviuosly if the asset base has increased they will have eared it hence my thoughts on the increase in eps.

If the eps is as much as 3/5p then we have a different means of valuation which would give a minimum 30p ps,so no idea where the share price will be if it is over that as the share price will act surprised and may leap forward as behind the eps will be the NAV base,so double back up as it were.

Apart from the reasoning above such results should make financial press news which will again create news and interest which will possibly advance the share price further..

So, share_shark, if the price of gold drops to $1,000/oz, those mines will only be earning $800/oz? That is a 400% profit over production costs. Of course at $1,600/oz, is another story.

It is indeed the surface leeching ops that is the real winner. Banro,if you wish to check their RNS made profits for the first time, after using this method. Also worth mentioning that CICR has mentioned its licenses are close to Banros!
