Re SPToday 12:28Lastly following those thoughts on the share price please please DYOR you would not generally buy your much needed family car with out checking it over first so DYOR most of all keep checking the web site till you know it backwards and are then able to spot any small but perhaps significant changes that may well come and go. sence2

Sp Today 12:22No results with the company name change so back to my thinking of the results being released in 4 to 8 weeks, put another way I have not got a clue, but that time period seems logical.
So its probable we will not see a lot of movement in the sp,our major seller appears to have sold up and cleared off for the time being on a bike ride.as he has not shown up in the few past weeks,

it is noticeable that trades are very few and far between,so is everybody waiting with anticipation,on the results coming out if they are as good as I think we can expect some selling, but how much selling? Perhaps that will be dependant on how the company forecasts its next quarter allied with views on its performance. Which may mean few shares are for disposal in the anticipation of great on coming gains.over a short period of 24 months plus or so.Don't forget we will get what i call the T10/20 traders who may be in it for the short term profits so in that way we will see a number of what I would call short term profit sales.Good luck to them

What is puzzling is how the share price will react and continue to react results after the results are known.

This situation is different from most other small cap AIM stocks in that we are adding real 'value that can be seen as booked assets with real easily cashable values, that makes a difference from having assets valued that need a specialist operation to dispose of them, such as a JV etc. not only that but we are not a consumer operation selling only one type product to its one type specific markets, gas to gas, oil to oil, etc.,What we are doing is taking high value holdings in a number of different specialist companies that each serve their market segments and we have nothing to do,but take our share of the profits.
So in a way our product covers all markets world wide, all we do is sit and say thank you very much as their tills ring out and we get our share; A totally on going situation..

For the above reasons it's not possible to predict an share price pattern, it will rise especially if we get good press coverage, the puzzle is : will profit taking cause a spike or will the share price slowly drive forward in a generally continuous fashion, after a spike based on the companies ability to meet its forecast and its results.

Highly speculative:bear in mind we have yet to see the IPOs they must be almost ready to go so perhaps the results are slightly delayed as with them may come news of a fully successful IPO launch.

Each time these things are talked about we tend to forget the engines of the company are working flat out to achieve all its stated on going work load targets, at the same time its noted it's working on all the IPOs not just a few of them at a time.

Now there has to be taken into consideration any failure of a company target,I more or less write that out of any equation except its use as a learning curve as there are at least 26 other IPOs being dealt with and the companies previous successful placing history.

It was on the 6th.June 2012 that CICR announced it dividend. Then it did not state that it was a special dividend so hopefully this will continue and therefore let us see what date they announce one this year.

Just to clarify...................and from sense2 on LSE.

CICC.LFri 15:29Just to clear a few things so there is no misconception about the company.

S.Bromley is a South African national and is CEO if the company.

CICC.Lis a global company with interest all over the world.

CICC.L is registered in Canada for good taxation purposes,.

CICC.Ls offices are in Beijing where the office overall running costs are considerably less than in Europe by as much as 50% or more.

The Board of Directors are global in nationality

All of which indicate a switched on company pre designed to go places.

Do take a gander, once again to SB's CV on CICC, if you can and further to my post 5398..........an extract

"Bank of China, also China's largest foreign-exchange bank, has been more aggressive in pushing into the U.S. market compared with its peers. For example, it became the first Chinese bank last November to participate in the sale of commercial mortgage-backed securities, or CMBS, in the U.S. It is also one of the biggest foreign lenders to commercial real estate in the U.S., particularly in New York

If you are really seriously interested in investing in CICR, you should try and find the time to read through the Admission Document, This company was first bought to my notice by a poster from the TOPINFO thread, whom I am sure many watch avidly, so thanks to him. There is a huge amount of information in the Admission Document and the comments on the risks are enough to frighten widows away. I certainly felt the hairs stand on the back of my neck in certain paragraphs!.. I went through this with my broker(I sent him a copy) and he commented on the old adage "well it is all about the risk./ reward attitude and which road you wish to risk". I admired the frankness of the document and closely read the "litigation comments"!!!!! .HOWEVER It was the widespread interests of this company, rather than the usual one trick pony Aim pony ,, which attracted me and the feeling that if some IPO's failed, then others would succeed within the law of averages.

Mention of the tax situation needs close scrutiny in the document too,in my opinion and wonder why such close attention has been paid, to include those
points on this issue, especially as they are located in China for that very reason !.

So nerves of steel and lots luck needed as an investor in this company, together with a CEO who appears to put his money where his mouth is.

NO goulding; We all make mistakes ,in this case I make the assumption that whoever on ADVFN is dealing with this is a paid employee,in which case it would be reasonable to expect them to have an understanding of how basics work.

I complained early this am to ADVFN support and have just received this reply from them. I shall respond especially as I do not think that the moderator of the present CICC thread is complying with the rules of ADVFN. Are you beginning to see what I mean and catch my drift re the other thread ?.

Hello,

Thank you for your email. You can see all of the latest threads relating
to the company CICC on the page
http://uk.advfn.com/cmn/fbb/threads.php3?symbol=LSE%3Acicc . The threads
under the old symbol will still remain under that symbol though. If
there is a new thread set up, usually the best thing is to suggest to
the creator to mention it in the header of the thread.

Kind regards,

Ray

I find it difficult to believe there a real muppet working on ADVFN who has no idea that the symbol after the unseen dot delineates where the CICC EPIC or TIDM is based CICC.L clearly indicates the London stock exchange and it will be the only company symbol with CICC on the entire exchange. It can never appear or be identified anywhere else in the format CICC.L

What price education?

Just a little comment on Senses post.

You CAN still deal with epic CICR, if you have a telephone broker. He /she will have no problem dealing for you.

If you are online, then what sense says may well be so.

Guys and gals. The moderator of the other thread has made it, so that it is inoperable, so I will continue to post here until we have sorted out a new thread.

Suggest you look in here, sometimes.

Latest RNS (2)Today 08:34So here is our new site, just two plain news items today confirmation of company name change and a new epic CICC the old epic CICR can no longer be used when dealing.
This has created a little difficulty with brokers auto systems when dealing so my necessitate a phone call until they sort themselves out.

Also we have 186,444,427 shares in issue which is a good number far less in general than most other AIM companies just about enough free float to enable good dealing capability.Bear in mind the company have clearly stated it has assets it can dew down on if it requires for any capital requirements
This should eliminate the fear often expressed by investors elsewhere of share dilution by external money raising exercises

because aim operates in a self contained misery bubble - completely disjointed from reality - even if there was an offer at 5000% higher than the aim price people would sell - of course if there was bad news like only have 6 weeks of cash everyone would rush in
