At half max payout....$650 million + interest and costs let's say $700 million at 1.4 dollars to the pound = £500.Divide by 175 million shares and that is close to £3.00.Thanks Pat. You are getting closer!

From the last RNS concerning directors buying in....Total voting rightsFollowing Admission, the Company's share capital will consist of 147,453,239 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 147,453,239. This above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.I think there are approx 17 million warrants and options to add to this figure, but could be more, hence I chose 175 million as my figure.

There's 177 at moment so we will have more shares plus tax plus we will never get what we claim forIf they offered half we would jump at it as directors hold a lot of stick so 150p make them v rich indeedWe will all be out at 50p on any decision that's assured!!

Pat 175 million shares @£4 = £700 million = approx $1 billion.Saves Joko about $400 million after interest added, so not out of the realms of possibility.

Going blue. The rat lurkers are being forced to buy as they know Monday morning it can open up 2p-3p more expensive that's if they are lucky.

If Joko settles in the weekend before his arrival, open at 400p is a possibility
