12/8/2013 21:29 | Have been in touch with the chairmen of Ceva who passed my email down to a Ken Robinson, Share holder services this is what I received back. Dear Shareholder, Thank you for contacting our Shareholder Services Department. Here is some background information. All states require financial institutions (AST), to report when accounts have been abandoned or unclaimed after a period of time specified by state law - often five years. Before an account can be considered abandoned or unclaimed, the institution must make a diligent effort to try to locate the account owner. Abandoned and/or inactive in this case means there has not been any contact between the shareholder and the account. If the account remains inactive for the period of time specified by state law, the institution must report the account to the state where the account is held. The state then claims the account through a process called "escheatment," whereby the state becomes the owner of the account. Our records indicate there has not been any contact by you to the account, by mail, fax, telephone or email. If you require further assistance, please visit our website or, contact us again. | wigger

06/8/2013 22:26 | Lancasterbomber How is it that Delaware asked for my certificate and I posted it off to them, but still sent me a letter saying we have completed review of your claim form. but still need further information we need. IN BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS SAYING THE NOTORIZION FORM MUST BE SIGNED. Then we can move forward with your claim. | wigger
05/8/2013 11:35 | So, 'maybe' shares have been reissued....really, for all of us? By whom? I suggest the only organisation that can issue new / replacement shares is CEVA. Hence I still do not understand what this has to do with Delaware and how they can seemingly instruct CEVA to issue replacement shares or not. This seems more and more to me that it is CEVA (a company that we all OWN a part of.. in theory !) that need to take action here. CEVA know and can confirm that we are valid shareholders and THEY should re issue and distribute new valid shares without further delay if they have somehow been confiscated. Why will they not do so - WE are part owners! Has anyone else taken any action? | kingrolo
05/8/2013 09:28 | I have the following from Scott with reference to shares being lost in post The certificate that you have in your possession can be sent to the state of DE with no concern. The shares have already been reissued. DE is asking for the certificate as a means of proof of ownership. So I appear to still have shares | lancasterbomber
05/8/2013 08:05 | Regarding 'our' shares - please note in the 'State of Delaware' Q&A is written ' The state liquidates all securities. As such, proceeds for the sale of shares will be returned upon refund approval'. So am I wrong in saying we are NOT going to get our shares back? BUT, if fortunate, some £ that THEY decide is the sale value . I believe CEVA shares have appreciated in the last few months so we will likely receive an unverifiable value less than expected. Surely this is Illegal??!! They have sold before confirming that we are still alive and valid owners? Unbelievable. | kingrolo
05/8/2013 07:56 | Similar to this, the Spanish government have this year produced new rules to get money from foreigners. Despite having had a house in Spain, in a company name, for nearly 30 years, and having paid all taxes and charges in that period, I have had to prove that I am a director of the company. Now that is easy to do as it's on Companies House web site but they want money. So it meant certificates, legal letters and apostile stamps and translation by a recognised Spanish translator. That cost £426 in UK plus postage and you are given 3 to 4 weeks to get it to the Spanish tax office via your legal rep in Spain. It is just job creation and mischief making and expect that is what obarma is doing with these certificates. | dafrog
05/8/2013 07:30 | Thanks Lancaster. For my own part I did submit proof of identity as requested over two months ago - heard nothing back. I have contacted Scott twice now and... heard nothing back. This really is not good. Has anyone contacted the UK FSA or considered US financial regs. This action would be illegal in the UK - our certs have actually been confiscated from us. I do not understand how the state of Delaware even became aware that we had shares in CEVA. As the shares were issued to us by CEVA and not held in a broker account it is reasonable to assume it is CEVA ( US or UK end?) who informed them... why ? Similarly if our physical certs have now become worthless ( which they have - just try to deal them!), why can not CEVA issue new ones to all affected holders. With any other share if I had lost or had stolen a physical certificate I could, for a fee, request a replacement. My name and address is on their ownership register- what has this got to do with Delaware? Why are CEVA not doing this. All gone silent from them too. Views? Has anyone else taken any action? | kingrolo

26/7/2013 10:22 | Received following reply from Scott Tameeka I sent an urgent notice to the state representative requesting a status of your claim. As soon as I hear back, I will follow up with you via email. If I don't hear anything, prior to Monday, I will give the state another call. 25/7/2013 20:28 | Ceva is the new name and as they trade on Nasdaq, they will be in dollars... If your holding in a nominee account, you should be ok to deal whenever... as far as i'm aware, only certified holdings were affected... | sikhthetech
25/7/2013 19:58 | i don't know if in the light of the above I am being naive, but I originally bought parthus shares via dlj direct (subsequently taken over by TD Waterhouse, now TD Direct) and my parthus shares seemed to move seamlessly to dollar dominated CEVA shares. | lfc4ever
25/7/2013 19:21 | I will wait a bit longer before chasing again, since we are in holiday period. | lancasterbomber
25/7/2013 13:05 | I have not been sent any letters but if I do hear that my shares have been transferred, I will take it as theft. The USA under obama are very good at thieving. It's his way of getting funds into Fort Knox. | dafrog
