A Direct Registration Book-Entry Advice, basically saying they have re-issued my shares to me.

I now need to contact my broker and get the shares transferred to them

Looks like they have finally realised the chaos they have caused, but what about the opportunity cost. I refused to send them anything as I was worried that it would all disappear into the woodwork. Perhaps they would like to buy back our holdings at a premium by way of compensation. As for the State of Delaware, words fail me. Here's hoping.

UPdate !!! Just received from Tameeka.... is there light at the end of he tunnel??

"Mr.xxx, DE has previously advised that they are not willing to work with us on individual claims. We are attempting (via legal counsel) to get all of the shareholders property reinstated upon confirmation of ownership. You will be included in the initial group of shareholders, that have not submitted a claim with DE, and has contacted American Stock Transfer & Trust.



We are preparing to meet with Delaware and their custodian to arrange for the movement of CEVA shares for the purpose of reuniting you with your property. A general communication will be sent to the shareholders very soon. In the meantime, please feel free to contact me for updates.

The certificate that I sent has still not been found. Just hope I can offset against CGT some year and never here of CEVA again.

If it was a UK company behaving like CEVA, Obama's agencies would be filching billions off them. The UK lets the US get away with this with no comment.

This is getting rediculous I Posted my notarized form on the 15th August I emailed two weeks after and got no reply I have emailed again to confirm they have received my notarized form, guess what they say they have not received it.
so hold back I will post when sorted.

CEVA asked me to send the old share certificate to them, or their brokers. I posted it a few weeks ago. I am now getting messages saying I was issued with a certificate in 2002 and if I have lost it..... I am losing it with them, they are beyond barking.

Latest response from AST

Please be advised that AST is working with several outside agencies to assist shareholders with claims to the state of Delaware. As you may not have received a letter or notification, we are strategizing the best scenario to reconnect you with your shares. Due to the fact that there was no previous contact on the account within the last 3 years prior to escheatment, DE law stipulated that the property be turned over to them as the state of incorporation of CEVA, INC. As soon as a more defined course of action has been confirmed, we will reach out to you and advise what the next steps should be. We would appreciate your patience until this is resolved. AST is making this a top priority.

Have now received my form requesting even more 'proofs' - copies of Governmental photo id...social security card...insisting on form to be ntazized AND with notary stamp.... even though have written from address on share record and provided copy of passport (with photo id).

Lancaster.. anyone... any joy getting removal of any of these ridiculous and in some cases non existent additional proofs?

Anyone any additional updates to add?

This whole business is utterly outrageous theft. A total scam which stinks of corruption. Ceva as a company must pay for this and sort it out. I wonder how many shareholders in other countries including Eire have been caught up in this? Somebody at the company must take responsibility for sorting things out, preferably the chairman.

Watching with interest. But it seems a scam is being run by CEVA and it's a lost cause. I would think CEVA have 'done a deal' with the State of Delaware.

I think my holding off the top of my head, is 60 shares.

That's the problem I'm not willing to spend that sort of sum for something which isn't my fault.
It represents about 5% 0f the value of my shares
If they insist on notary I shall request an email that they will refund cost first

The cost was £70 I rang round and that is round about the norm price
