03/3/2013 18:13 | I have sent my form off to Delaware, No I don't like it either, since until it taken over this is a share to stuff at the bottom of the draw | lancasterbomber
03/3/2013 08:27 | What kind of activity do they expect? You buy the shares, you hold them, they send reports and dividends (fat chance) and you eventually sell your certificates on the open market. Any doubts they may have should be referred to their registrars or the Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington. I believe Delaware registered companies have some pretty odd rules about the identities of shareholders which they don't have to declare. Someone outside the company may be trying to acquire the companies shares on the sly for all we know. If you are willing maybe Lancasterbomber could take this to the next stage and report back. | irenekent
02/3/2013 12:56 | I've had a reply and apparently the letter is genuine, because of inactivity on the account | lancasterbomber
01/3/2013 15:24 | I too have been sent the letter and suspect that irenekent may well have the measure of it, i like dafrog had the bulky company annual report up about 2 years ago and have not seen one since? Unless anything more positive comes to light on this letter, i'll hold on to the certificate for my 90 off. | i8mondays
01/3/2013 09:18 | Curious company. On the face of it the leader in the field, massive potential & a large cash pile. In reality, they seem to have periods of decling sales, the Israeli CEO is one of the most confusing i have ever heard & the share price goes nowhere. In the thick of it, USA position, but actually Isreali, so they do not seem to get taken over & generally despite the potential going nowhere slowly. Any analyst views or tips about? Never heard it mentioned. Another Dog ! | haydock
01/3/2013 08:57 | I used to receive the, massive, annual reports but not received for a couple of years now. | dafrog
01/3/2013 08:52 | I too have received this letter. Looks like a fishing scam. You register with this bunch and then they send you their claims info which will probably ask you to send your certificate! Remember possession is nine tenths of the law. I still receive annual reports so they know I exist and where I am, which must mean that I'm still on the register. Once they are worth a bit more it might be worth selling my 117 shares but at the moment I can see fees swallowing up any value. | irenekent
28/2/2013 08:45 | Apologies. Am, Stock is O.K. They finally sorted out my change of name problem. I meant ignore the problem letter. Cheers Hay. | haydock
27/2/2013 18:09 | I emailed them in 2005 about my change of address and I was was using their reply to that email as an introduction, didn't know you had to register. If you look on CEVA site under investor relations it does say these are the people to contact reference share "As the company has no records of individual shareholders, all queries relating to shares, share certificates, change of address, should be directed to our share registrars." | lancasterbomber
27/2/2013 15:21 | Suggest ignore until they have done more research on here. | haydock
27/2/2013 13:43 | Lancasterbomber I sent an email to them and they say I have got to register with them before I can read any emails from them is this correct, they have sent me a form to fill in, and to register my computer. They have forwarded an email but I cannot read it till I register. | wigger
