Irene.... you're very welcome. Give Richard my best regards when you speak to
him. Good luck to you and those also who are willing to hold for a few years,
'cause I think one of the mega players will eventually step in and buy Ceva for
a rather large sum, pushing the share price up significantly between
announcement of a bid and 'deal done'. Just a view. I sold to realise
some readies needed at the time.
Best regards all.

Irenekent I have also received very good assistance from Mr Mottram. However, yo will need to get your shares transferred into a nominee account which can trade American shares (takes about 3 weeks). You will find him very heplful in this regard.

Modi,

I'm one of those mugs from the Parthus days and I now have a very pretty american share certificate. It sounds as if the company has come good at last but I'm still down on my original investment. I shall make a note of dyfiman's Mr Mottram at Redmayne Bentley and contact him if I want to sell the shares. Obviously he is a very good ad for his company judging by the service dyfiman received.

Thanks for imparting the info dyfiman.

Well we are on the leaderboard today, interesting mover if nothing else, always wished they could have improved there information situation.
I could understand the Irish, but once the Israelis came along, it became biblical.
I have made a personal note of 305, but holding on for a profit in 2020?
At the moment anyway.

Hello Modi......

I sold my 62 shares a month ago or so (certificate form) and regained
almost all of my original investment made a decade ago. You need to speak to
an ace guy called Mr Richard Mottram of Redmayne Bentley's Wolverhampton
office. He charged around £17 to sort out some paperwork and got a price for the shares that was equivalent to the ask price quoted on LSE (ticker CVA)!! Not Mid or below-mid !!
Brilliant service with a real personal touch and well worth just making a call.
Last number I had for Mr Mottram was 01902 219252. Has a range of other services for investors like yourself that I rate 10/10 !!
Best regards.

Thanks. Have filled in forms previously and hold other US stocks so I could sell via US if necessary I suppose. However I bought UK Parthus and would have expected a UK certificate as CEVA is regeistered in UK also. Wanted to keep the CEVA stocks in my Selftrade account in UK but cannot.

no problems selling with natwest stockbrokers as long as you fill out the relevant US paperwork (not very onerous).

Hi Dafrog....... my ParthusCeva share certificate is currently in
the hands of RedMayne Bentley brokers, Wolverhampton office. Resident guru
Richard Mottram has been in charge of sorting out various bits of paperwork that, effectively, means I can sell the small parcel of shares when he/I think the best time. I've just filled in a form to
allow a BACS payment from RB when/if the deed is done. Mr Mottram
provides an excellent service and is also a most genial man. Why not ring him
and he will talk you thru their way of making Ceva shares saleable??

Can you sell it though dyfiman? I couldn't sell mine here and have queried it a few times with CEVA. Recently, CEVA in the USA forwarded ny email to CEVA -DSP in Ireland and I have been advised that their CFO is checking with the lawyers to see what the situation is.

Did anyone keep hold of their share certificate after Parthus was swallowed up
by Ceva?? I did. Was in a box in the loft for years. At the beginning of Ceva ownership it was worth a few quid only. Now it's worth more than 50% of my original, small investment. Better than a kick in the......... Best regards.

Also the Intel tie-up this month:

In a statement, said Gideon Wertheizer, CEO of CEVA, "We are honored that Intel has selected our flagship CEVA-XC DSP. Our technology enables industry leaders like Intel get instant access to the most advanced and performance demanding wireless standards."

Intel's attempt to develop DSP based silicon solutions is not new. The semiconductor giant has made several attempts in the past, including co-development with key DSP players. But, media reports indicate that those efforts did not bear fruit.
