comedy,

If this opens at 0.1p I will buy 10 million.

I think your 13 million shares will become a valuable asset.

Where else are you invested?

Mr Eyi cannot unlock his billion without a key. A small key is enough to do the job at this point. That gives access to 25% of the resource, when you might only expect to get 10%. The intention of the AIM listing of TriStar was to put themselves in a position to raise enough capital to get through the first exploratory phase.

Having successfully achieved that, we await the outcome of a report of a first dig below a surface, known to be rich in minerals, that nobody has ever drilled. The samples suggest the likelihood of potentially massive finds of gold-antimony and silver. Not surprisingly, Mr Eyi is clinging onto his Midas mine, and takes his £150k first pay-out in the form of new TriStar shares. Locked in for 24 months, so if the mineral discovery is uncommercial he loses his investment. Alternatively he is a billionaire within 2 years.

Of the remaining shares, there has clearly been some jostling for position, with Ds and Solicitors restricted. Canisp shareholders are left with a quarter. On 27 August, there is going to be very little selling going on as those able to sell will have bought months ago at around 0.5. Killik has moved its clients' funds into a discretionary management account for a bulk buy. as usual, the mms will be up to their tricks to try to squeeze out the nervy pi sellers. Don't fall for that one. Better still, wait for that drilling report as it can be completed pretty quickly.

Bad news, in a sense, lies further down the line as far more capital is going to be raised to exploit a massive mineral resource, and you know what that entails. Btw, ES has now posted 3 sensible things, it must be an impostor hacked into the account.

fightback,

Stop deramping!

Why would ayone want to sell up at 0.35p?

At that price the solicitors would have only £35k less dealing charges and have to wait for 2 years.
They did not take 10 million shares because they might rise.

They took them because they will rise!

I doubt the opening price will be under 0.50p.

They need $700k for stage 1. They will receive £632k net.

Looks like the company is fully funded to me.

They may need another £150k to pay for Tristar but that placing should take place at a higher share price than 0.005p.

those shares had to be placed at that value! the owner of the mine was not going to pay us more than we payed him to reverse his mine into canisp.... what a nasty little chap you are..... those shares could have been placed at zero as far as I am concerned, the owner wanted 75% of cn. so we had to give it to him without making him pay a stupid amount of money. if you were asked to pay several million to own 75% of a mine you already owned you wouldn't be too happy......

Allan P. Juhas, Ph.D., CPG was privvy to a private report which I think is not in the public arena.

From the CPR Section:
B. Author's Involvement:
The writer made two visits to the Goynuk property in 2009, in the company of the property owner Mr. Vehbi Eyi, including five days on the property in August, followed by three additional days on the property in November. Prior to the first trip, the author reviewed published and private reports and analytical data about the project

Could the private report have been the H. Aral Report.

I was also thinking about the Spreadex 144 million shares which has covered a punter(s) up bet. IF the punter(s) have not covered their bet down to 0 then there is a strong chance they will go through their stop loss and lose everything. Spreadex would have won the bet and also be sitting on a tidy 144 million shares free of charge.

If you take into account other Spreadbetters, brokers, long term investors and the 3 billion that won't be sold for 24 months, then that doesn't leave many shares to cause this to slump on opening.

I see this quickly getting back to 0.35 within a couple of days, so you should be able to walk away if you wish untarnished to a point.

BUT how many of us intend to sell? We was told to read the AD and CPR for clues.
THere are plenty there to make a rational decision that this could be MASSIVE.
We only have to wait till Sept for the drilling report. JORC to follow.
IF the Antimony levels and %'s are there and the Gold,Silver then this will turn into a billion pound operation. I agree that a big JV could be on the cards at a later stage.
Excellent posts last night. Even Scary has stepped in line.
We only need Humbug now to join the fold.

Abstract
Pb–Zn deposits are widespread and common in various part of the Taurus Belt. Most of the deposits are related to faults in limestones and dolomitic limestones. Goynuk and Celaldagi Desandre deposits are typical of those found in the Yahyali district of the Aladag region, located northwest of the eastern Taurus. The concordant nature of these deposits with wall rocks differentiates them from other deposits in the same region. The following typical important features characterize the concordant and fault-related deposits: (1) the absence of any rocks indicating magmatic activity, (2) no evidence of thermochemical changes along the ore body-wall rocks contact, (3) the presence of a simple mineral assemblage in the paragenesis, (4) the presence of marcasite, reflecting the low temperature occurrence, (5) considerable carbonatization and sulfatization, and (6) the higher abundance of Pb, Zn, Cu, Ni and Co in wall/host rocks compared with those in the unaltered limestones.

The δ34S values for galena are within the range of −0.5 to 0.9 ‰ (n=10, Mean=0.17±0.49) for Goynuk and 8.4 to 10.9 ‰ (n=10, Mean=9.28±0.75) for Celaldagi Desandre. The origin of sulfur in Celaldagi Desandre is probably seawater, whereas Goynuk reflects the complete reduction of seawater sulfate within a closed basen.

The concordant Pb–Zn deposits in the Aladag region are carbonate-hosted deposits. These were probably associated with rifting processes in the Eastern Mediterranean prior to the Early–Middle Triassic. The fault related deposits formed from leaching, transportation and re-deposition of the concordant deposits by seawater within fault zones.

ES, that's 2 sensible posts on the trot, are you on drugs?

Would have preferred Mr Spratley to have shown a bit more confidence than shoving a measly 3 grand in.

A bulk mining op will need a power upgrade. They would surely have to jv the production as it is likely to be on a massive scale. Anyway, that's Stage 3, so lets get the 2 exploratory phases done first.
