I liked you because of what you did to at SRSP and gave shareholders a tremendous value over a short period of time. So when I heard you were on CN. as a cash shell, I said to myself definitely he is going to repeat the GGT/SRSP success story again with CN./???. Therefore, I loaded up with confidence not as much as others to because I could only afford to invest scrambled pocket money and go hungry. Alss! I got excited when the story of Tri-Star emerge and felt I will soon be in "Cinderrella land" where everyone lives happily ever after courtesy of your investment/negotiati So what can we do with this control for now? We need evidence that the stuff is there, I mean antimony, gold, silver, et al. If that is the case, then we, "25% plc" can say since Messrs 75% cannot access their for two years, we can keep upping the price of our 25% plc until we get a satisfied price which will be at least 0.4p before we sell, and if those stuff are really there and in the anticipated quantity/quality, we could markup the price of our "25% plc" to as much as 10p before parting with some or all of it, as we deem fit. YOU ARE A GENIUS UNCLE HIRSCHFIELD, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. A note though, uncle, if that is not the case, I shall report you to Uncle Goodluck in Naija (I mean Nigeria) and tell him to withdraw ya (your) SRSP licence in obodo Naija. Posted at 06/8/2010 15:33 by hootster Well Elena perhaps you have not been around here that long been here for the last 10yrs or so Only try to post what little snippets I pick up on my travels and sometimes you never know it may pay off ;-)Was alerted to SRSP this time last year by a close friend who owns several million should have taken the position then but had other things on the go but decided to start taking a fairly large position back in October and added all the way up to suspension, have Very Very Positive Outlook for SRSP. CN. Started to hear similar good whispers early this year and have taken a fairly sizable position as well I think also CN. Will come good but will take a little longer but not that much longer than SRSP. Another one I like and been quietly filling my boots and this definitely has proven resources of 4mln oz of Gold is SPA(TSX) As always DYOR etc.. REGARDS THE HOOT...... |
Posted at 05/8/2010 23:12 by goz1986 I would guess that the original plan was for cn. to take a larger chunk but things changed a few months back with the mine owners effectively holding cn. to ransom to retain a larger stake. this is complete seculation on the events of the last few months but might explain the delay and larger than expected dilution....... the question remains if this is the case ( and I will accept a high possibility i am talking rubbish) what made the owners of the mine ask for more? |

Have POL and HOIL for the special dividends. 2000 HOIL on a CFD will sell before the dividend to take guaranteed profit next week. XEL AMER RXP GKP (getting bit high now) GGG, CN. CRND (That is a ISA eligible Gold Mine at 2p) SOLO AEX LGO. HDD All are at good entry points now. (That is a coded message that I am sitting on some losses) My daughters CTF fund is in POL switched from RRL. The SD is 3p per share. Will buy Range with the SD. The company will buy back shares and cancel them to support share price POL hold GCM shares so I expect share price to be at 5p within 4 weeks of the SD. Good luck with your high risk investments. |

Redimp/hoots can I ask which you hold more value wise, sirius or cn.? and which you share you are more excited over? For me I hold many more cn. but still a very large number or sirius, the potential and fast increase in share price has me more excited over sirius |

I am not arguing there won't be dilution I am simply saying that canisp paper is not the useless old paper to the holder that you seem so intent to prove.... I am also trying to show you that canisp won't have to issue £10 million (or however much it is) worth of shares to simply buy the asset! your really not very clear in your point to be fair my dear runty.... other than trying to tell us that this is rubbish etc ..... do you think that cn. will be issuing £10 million of shares to buy the asset or do you think the assets are being reversed in, in exchange for a share in cn.? |
Posted at 18/7/2010 16:13 by goz1986 humbug: I am not sure if you understand. let's say I am sat on a load of gold but have no way of extracting it due to lack of funds, what do I do? (this is a hypothetical example before some chump has a go at me, the % may well be very different and most probably are) well one option is to go to a cash shell (cn.) and say dilute your stock by 100% and give me those issued shares so I now own half of cn. and in return I will reverse my gold asset into canisp.... by doing this I might have to give up 50% of my gold asset but that 50% will soon be worth (with any luck) an awful lot more in the future once developed than 100% sold off now as a non producing asset.... So canisp paper is not worthless to the person who is reversing their asset into cn. as it is a share in their asset which they apparently believe to be of worth......... now I don't know how much dilution there will be or what bloody asset is being reversed in but what I have little doubt about is that you are a very boring little ratty... |
Posted at 12/6/2010 18:47 by goz1986 hummbug: why did you invest here my dear chap if you thought cn. was a rubbish shell that would be worth no more to it's holders even after an rto....? at least when I bought in I thought I had a chance of making a quid or two, you appear to have never thought cn. was any good but still pumped your cash in! (your showing yourself to be a chumpy). a company reversing into a shell can have more to gain than simply a listing... one being the inherited losses incurred by cn. in it's past form that can be offset against future profits reducing the tax bill... chin up and stop being a wolly... :-) |
