Filtered m8, you'll have to speak up, can't hear you. Pure dross I suspect from an NTOG loser! LOL

TriStar Resources. Turkey of the year or Eldorado in waiting? Jury is out on another cash shell rollercoaster.

Do not despair. I agree that it does not seem right that non-holders could enter TriStar at a lower share price than held by existing Canisp holders who have sat through a torturous 6 months. But with penny punt cash shells expect anything but a smooth ride, whilst the insiders fill their boots to brimful.

Nevertheless, hold on. Correction to BHR, following its consolidation from 6 billion to 285m shares in issue, its mcap is £20m. It's main resource is coal, along with a few metals. Use this as your comparison with TriStar, and remind yourself that the value of the TriStar minerals is likely to be considerably more than what BHR sits on.

CPR is not a result of drilling and nobody in decades has dug below the Goynuk surface. Be sure that somebody in the Co. HAS done some preliminary digging and shown samples of what they unearthed to potential lenders. Eyi's initial 150 grand offering has been taken in the form of shares, and EMMEf will not be putting £750k at risk without being convinced that there is huge potential value in the mineral resources.

A disgrace I think. The people involved in this should hang their heads in shame.

Disgusting. They've royally shafted us.

Humbug you were right all along my man. I didn't want to believe it as it was a lot of money to lose. I will not be investing in anything like this again. Going for the safer decent companies of the FTSE 350.

For all the "insider" knowledge that lead us up the garden path to a vicious beating thanks a lot.

This BB swings from optimism to pessimism.

To be fair to Redimp they hinted that Canisp is likely to reopen lower.

Huge amount of dilution for a £300k asset.

The mood will change to capital recovery.

What I ask about this asset in Turkey, its always possible that it is very undervalued and that Canisp/Tristar have some inside information that they have a potentially much bigger resource.

However the other angle could be that we are fed snippets by "insiders" when in fact this asset is almost worthless without huge investment.
The people behind this company don't have a history of building mining assets or risking their own money.

Quite likely that they will rely on their "spin doctors" to help boost the share price whilst they sell up. They will be happy to double their money whilst Canisp investors lose 60%+.

Holding for 6 months to be rewarded by a 70% fall in share price on the reopen?

There may be a wave of new investors who have a chance of making quick money.

Spreadex Killick? All part of the attempt for shady types to gain credibility.

Mike Hirchfield?

A qualified accountant? They are go on my Directors to avoid list.

Good luck to all holders.

BHR. Mcap £483 million, and not yet producing. What was it a year ago? What's the resource they sit on. Interesting, eh.

Agreed fightback, i didnt expect a dilution like that. However the mine does look promising, upon relist you could try and claw some money back?

It is too early to say what price these will reopen at, although i am hearing between .07p and .12p at the moment. I guess we will have a better idea when the MM's have properly digested the CPR etc.

So whos going to the AGM on the 26th??

Agree with your sentiments Rich80.
I also broke the balls of Humbug and Wendy for which I apologise.
25 years of investing has made me none the wiser to how a Company can ruthlessly stamp on a PI.
I never thought we would be staring at an enlarged share capital of 4 billion.
My estimate was 2billion max for which I had already factored in.

On a positive note, all is not lost. For Tri-Star to give up 75% of the Company for a mine must tell us something. They have had months to throw techies into Turkey and put together classified results on what is actually down there.

The Antimony is in abundance and there is the potential for Gold.
For comparism, Sirius also got off to a slow start, now look where they are.

Things could have been worse. We could be staring at a delisting!

carrbradshaw, have you read the doc m8, it impressive mine, open pit antomony which is selling@$9000/tonne, if tri-star can produce 5000 tonnes@£5k=£25m, it open pitt should be cheap to mine, let say we only make 30% profit=£7.5m profit pe 10 mkt cap £75m/2p share, that only the antomony@5k/tonne production rate, yes i do think i will get my money back.

Hootster - can you honestly say you think people will get their money back on this share - even long term? Surely that is impossible. Have you really any hope here

belson yes, if this were to reopen at .1p once the share price reaches 1p your 50 quid is worth 500 and if it ever reached 10p then it would be worth £5000. tbh it would take some find for it to be worth 10p, more realistic long term would be around 2p if they find enough of the shiney stuff

belson,
is that ian wright?

my take is that corvus(crooks) have been let in on the cheap at the expense of existing shareholders. hardly surprising imo.

I am told the MM's will open this around .10p
I certainly will not be selling on Open you need to look further into the CPR for the clues where this one is going.

I think those that need the cash should sell on open but those that can hold for the long term gains.
As always DYOR.
