10/6/2015 21:04 | Why would a possible scenario be in the public domain. How are they going to raise money from shareholders (they have tried that one) didn't work!! did it | 1399peter
10/6/2015 19:50 | Well , Mr Slater , Don't be selling Masa Valverde . Unless of course you get a lorra , lorra loot and either refloat or declare a special divi for us long suffering shareholders !! | 2trying
10/6/2015 19:40 | 1399Peter Where do you get your "..........a fully funded re-float, without having to ask shareholders......" from? I can see nothing that's been put out into the public domain that verifies or collaborates that. | lochlea
09/6/2015 19:45 | The chance of a return will bring mass dilution with another consolidation making holders almost non existent in the bigger picture | vauch
09/6/2015 19:36 | It would be good to see a return on our investment and I am sure by having a fully funded re-float, without having to ask shareholders will in some way convince long term holders that there is light at the end of the tunnel. | 1399peter
09/6/2015 09:27 | Not sure there is much point in writing anything as you don't believe any of it. However what would you like; a daily report of what we are doing? A copy of my diary showing meetings with nomads, brokers, Glencore, officials in Spain, contractors, new directors, board meetings, fundraising etc.. Or would you prefer me to say we are all sitting here in a big office with our feet on the desk smoking big cigars lit with £50 notes? Thank you for your support. | mine57
08/6/2015 14:35 | I appreciate the update. It seems JLE has turned into a bit of a keyboard warrior. A pretty pointless activity... | shortarm
08/6/2015 14:30 | pmsl..so funny. Hope the weather is good for you Mr Slater, enjoy your plenty San Miguel's. So Mr Slater. What shareholders want is to know what you and others are spending their time doing. Your last post explaining you were in Spain, progress is going as expected or better, etc.. Simply put, pretty much not different to what you've said already. I don't believe a word you type, nor what you would say in any call I'd make to you as your actions are very different to what you say.Why did you not post the above on the website some months back, or continue the blog..this is all shareholders want. Its a yawn from me, as your actions have shown you have delivered no shareholder value, let alone an increase. What happens when you continue to fail in your purpose Mr Slater? All imo of course. | jle
05/6/2015 11:29 | All sounding very positive. Let us hope that this is the start of a new chapter in the somewhat chequered life of CMR. Thanks for the update and thanks also to Mr Chairman! | poseidon2
05/6/2015 10:43 | Your welcome, I fully understand people's frustrations - believe me - I get them myself! I do need to be cautious as you state however we are doing everything possible to move forward for a float this year. We are in the process of doing a bit of a fund-raise for some IPO money now however the success or otherwise of that is underwritten by our Chairman again who I have got to say has been so supportive to CMR and we would not be where we are today without his support. The drilling program and it's results are proving better than expected at MV and we are quietly confident that we know the results of our second concession, we are just waiting for confirmation of them. | mine57
04/6/2015 11:54 | Thanks for the update, Mr Slater. These BBs allow folks to let off a bit of steam in frustration I guess. Sometimes because they are critical & cynical of all the 'jam tomorrow' type promises made over many years that have not as yet come to anything. Anyway, it's good to hear you being so positive & upbeat again. Although I would caution against sounding so confident about a relist this year. Do you really think there's the time left in 2015 to organise that (which would I assume require some major fundraising prior to - not to mention positive results of the drilling prog currently being organised)? | lochlea
04/6/2015 11:17 | As I previously said we are not publishing information until after the event. For your information I got back from Spain yesterday and I am going back out on the 15TH to have meetings with Glencore and other partners we have out there as well as the government. Last week we had our geologist out there working with our advisor's putting together the drilling team and engaging all the relevant contractors as we are about to start drilling on our second project. We are just about to engage a nomad and are preparing to start the listing process with an aim to list before the end of the year. Of course what we could do is plaster all over our website what we are doing, with who and when giving our competitors a full picture which would keep you guys happy but of course major issues for the business. I have said time and time again if you want to meet with me then I will meet with you, if you want to talk on the telephone then give me a call. My purpose is to increase the shareholder value. Thank you. | mine57
02/6/2015 18:42 | Easy money for tRE. updates; the reason there hasn't been any updates on the website since November is because there hasn't been anything significant to report other than Glencore are drilling on a daily basis and will continue to do so for several more monthshose boys is my take... disgrace really. in Hardy's words...".. So what exactly are CMR doing then? beggars belief. | jle
27/5/2015 07:49 | I guess we're back to watching the tumbleweed again ;-) | sharewinner2
18/4/2015 21:27 | RE. updates; the reason there hasn't been any updates on the website since November is because there hasn't been anything significant to report other than Glencore are drilling on a daily basis and will continue to do so for several more months... Slater Update... Ok, so what exactly are all you guys doing then? | jle
17/4/2015 14:04 | Of course no court and/or any Judge would grant such a claim. I would like to think that the then Directors looked at the possibility of some Top Dog litigators like Carter Ruck taking on such a case on a 'no win, no fee' basis. But they tend to only do that if they are 95% certain of success and the claim to be in the £millions. I assume BC would put up a robust legal defence to any claim. And the fact that CMR did breach the terms & conditions of the finance agreement is not a good starting point - regardless of the morality or otherwise of BC's actions. | lochlea
17/4/2015 13:37 | or we could all put a claim in the small claims court £75.00 max and let the bailiffs find our money | vauch
17/4/2015 09:38 | RE. Quintana; Lochlea of the 15th 08.59 is spot on. If the shareholders would like to get a fund together to fight one of the largest hedge-funds in the world please let me know and we'll organise it. I think the original estimate was £50,000 on account and would take 2/3 years along with a lot of time and energy and ultimately cost around 250,000 plus, who knows what the outcome would be in court. The board at the time decided it wasn't funded properly to take on such a task. This was before my time and I only became involved on the tail-end of it all. RE. updates; the reason there hasn't been any updates on the website since November is because there hasn't been anything significant to report other than Glencore are drilling on a daily basis and will continue to do so for several more months. | mine57
15/4/2015 23:44 | Spot on Maxwell. Exactly correct. Sent in November because Slater promised we would relist the month before. All on here for all to see. | jle
15/4/2015 13:59 | Exactly early November 2014 then not even a red herring | maxwell
15/4/2015 12:23 | Just go to header links on Company website and click away where ever takes your fancy! Suggest you start with 'projects' or 'investors' or 'media'. | lochlea
15/4/2015 11:17 | Yes lochlea the blog 17th Oct and news 3rd Nov - please show where else I may see update or printed matter in english. | maxwell
15/4/2015 08:59 | digger - ref gross negligence. Guess that would have to involve certain individuals still sitting on the Board today. Heard rumours (only rumours) from that period of time that are almost too fanciful to be true. Gold & cash from Quintana held in secret deposit boxes etc etc. oilyrag - ref shareholder approval. Not required. As I understand it CMR were in breach of the terms & conditions of the finance deal with BC. And consequently BC invoked the penalty clause in the agreement. Simple as. maxwell - ref updates. Have you looked at the Company website? In fairness to the Board they have issued periodic updates as to what they have been doing, are doing and are planning to do. | lochlea
15/4/2015 08:36 | With a director commenting here (?) Then why has not the company informed it's shareholders (owners of the company so called) about actions currently being followed/already completed or even proposed by the board. Anybody including myself that have shares in this heap of muck are "complete prats" and that is why the bod continue to fail at information because we will not understand etc................. | maxwell |
