Hardy promised relist in October when I challenged him... A month or so ago he changed his mind and added caveats. in less than 2 weeks its October. No updates, silence, and more silence.....Yet again they have proven to be utterly incompetent imo. As I predicted(as well as Im sure did many when he made those promises)

I wouldn't altogether discount CMR relisting in some form or other, somewhere.

I just wouldn't hold my breath for it to happen anytime soon.

Miracles do happen. The other day orcp managed to get a placing away.
If the new investors ever manage to come out of their coma they will eventually regret it.

I would have thought if the drilling has/had commenced on Romerito then a brief confirmation & update would have been put on his Blog.

Back in April it was claimed there'd be "a rapid initial assessment" on Romerito.
In July a drilling prog "would commence very soon". Has it?

Just emphasises that a relist in Q4 was never a realistic target. Pie in the sky more like.

Yep, are you really surprised? October float? pmsl...As I did say, after promises from Mr Hardy... Jam, Jam and more Jam...I agree Loch, its minor, but would have been symbolically strong to at least do something on time, let alone if at all. They don't have a clue how important these things are, clearly.

The published plan to have the AGM in September clearly aint gonna happen.

Okay it's a minor detail...... but yet another example of failure to deliver on promises made and surely doesn't help their credibility.

I note Iberian Gold still trading from same premises as CMR and Mr Burton is their Co Sec (God help them).

No worries Jason - I did initially offer Blackburn , with a free buffet and entertainment . Now , if I had offered to throw in tickets to see Blackburn Rovers play at home , then that would definitely have been a horrible day out !!

Unless of course you were a supporter of whoever was going to slaughter them !!

Nevertheless - I could have arranged it in Canary Wharf (as said) .

Oh well .

I am still feeling a bit positive on CMR .

Hiya lochlea - what did I find interesting ?

Well , firstly , it would appear that mine57 is who he says he is .
And knows what he is talking about .

I have certainly expressed doubts about that in the past .
Especially when I offered to pay for an AGM .
I accepted that Blackburn was inconvenient . So I offered Canary Wharf .
As I am sure lochlea , you can verify .

Secondly (correct me if I am wrong) , I saw no mention of the need for further funding - nice.

Thirdly - I read a blog that was totally positive . Not used to that . I am used to jam tomorrow posts .

Accordingly I found the update interesting .

Though personally , I am in still in agreement with post nunber 17471 until
or unless I hear differently .

I come back from a tiny little holiday - first in years !!

To find a new and interesting blog from our Chairman .

And no-one has commented on it .

I think you can safely say after five years that all the PI's would be happy with any bloody decision..........Obviously the right one! which would make a nice change.

Edit: So far you have not failed to disappoint, I see no change as yet

Loch and Mr Slater: Loch firstly. For sure, Mr Burton promised me a lot would change, and a lot would happen , but that never happened. So did Mr Andrews. The constant promises and no delivery is why I challenged Mr Slater, and sadly he has demonstrated similar traits in terms of managing expectations as I gave clear guidance and warning a not over promising. I hope Im wrong...and he proves it.

The company has to make the right commercial decisions for all the shareholders not just one or two. I fully understand and appreciate that under a previous board of directors things did not go to plan however I believe that you now have a board of directors totally committed to the success of CMR and have plenty of skin in the game.

The aim has always been to re-list as soon as commercially viable, we are now pretty much there. The company has virtually no debt, cash in the bank to take it forward, good solid projects, a good solid stable partner and a focused experienced board bar one or two changes that will happen at re-listing.

I am obviously aware of the projects we have and the ones we are about to get, that is why I suggest that interested parties keep an eye on our website and attend the AGM as I am confident that the vast majority of shareholders will be extremely pleased with the substantial asset value will be upon re-listing.
