Indeed - and agree. Cant fault them for their tenacity though...

Just the one trade before this mornings RNS, David, so far from leaky to some i hold.

The CMB BoD are certainly fighters and I give them full credit for the fight they are putting up against biggers boys. My only negative is the line from this mornings RNS,

Quote; The Company is also considering counterclaims against Consilium".

Enough with the legal actions and start investing the Lonrho money.

tivoli, you might regret that, mm's ticked it down aggressively to cause panic, which isn't the trades so far telling. maybe CCRMF playing some tactics here, the fact they kept silence for more than 6 month and just disputing it now tells it all. It could well be all part of refinance negotiation, so they get part paid out of the settlement money and reschedule the rest, or could be they want a slice similar to what the CEO did with 50.50% holding, or they didn't like what VAL did taking the hotel on the cheap and want some money back out of thatThere is still more here than meets the eye and only time will tell.Watching the L2 today tells that the 50k was indeed a sell while the 121k isn't

Well i am a wee bit disapointed that CMB did not issue an RNS telling us about an investment. Although they would not have known the outcome of the court case against Lonrho, they would have been confident of winning to take the company to the edge !. So i was thinking they would have spent the time (while suspended) looking over investment opportunities and would be ready to act on re-admission.

city, the way the transaction between VAL and Cambria, which followed by the board restructuring shows that the new CEO with 50.5% stake isn't an idiot, he could have carried on with delisting, but he decided to bring it back because there is more money to be made.and from the results rns, he clearly says it:Chief Executive's ReviewIntroductionHaving been appointed a director in June 2015 and assuming the CEO role with effect from 3 August 2015, this, together with my report on the results for the year ended 31 August 2014, are my first reports to shareholders albeit almost 6 months after the period under review. With a significant cash equity investment through VAL's subscription in April 2015, my interests as CEO are aligned with that of shareholders.  Shareholders of Cambria have suffered a tremendous loss of value in their investment in the Company.  It is my aim to guide the Company back to profitability and restore shareholder value.
