Low volumes today. Would not worry too much about the MM activity. Still trading in that 130-140 zone, as it will until new update from company. Evening all.

Genises ; the MM are trying every way they can to stop the price going above £1.50 .

This is a number I feel once supported the share will continue to go north .
IMO on a quite day like today the MM are playing with their own stock back and forth to pick up bits of cheap shares . IMO

You are wrong on this and you know it but you are a stubborn MM

From today's Telegraph in case you are wondering how hostile China can be to foreign investment:

"The days of China’s scattergun approach to international takeovers may be numbered following a fresh threat to its frenzied overseas spending.

Western countries have been warning of the dangers of losing homegrown treasures to the “red state” for years.

But this time around, it is China calling for a clampdown on its companies’ debt-fuelled shopping sprees. China’s State Council is planning to tighten restrictions for cross-border deals worth more than $10bn (£8.1bn) and scrutinise state owned enterprises (SOEs) investments over $1bn in foreign property deals."

By 2019 this could be one of the largest Tech companies this country has ever launched, (albeit Chinese in its delivery and make up). Buy and hold imvho!

Genises,

I am not short but this is going down big time, to 60p before Xmas so get ready for the ride DOWN

NSBO knew what they were doing dumping at £1.40 that is why they exercised their warrants before a collapse ... you have been warned.

All the best & Merry Xmas

With Trump in charge I doubt very much that any investors in the States are going to want to get involved in this! China is off limits for Nasdaq listing I believe so get out while you can, I am not fear mongering, I am just talking sense!

You have a chance to get out now, this company is not going to succeed whatsoever as it is all jam tomorrow stuff, please do your research and see how stiff the competition is and that even TENCENT's WeChat platform loses money.

Get out while you can is my advice, the figures are going to shock everyone into selling imo, plunge ahead, beware!

Hi fafa88, in response to your email -

Firstly yes forgive my terminology you are correct, accepted and approved are the same thing.

From what I have read and understand BNN has already raised significant funds from their current institutions and has cash in the bank so may not be looking to raise any further cash on the introduction to Naz.

This may well mean that instead of a traditional IPO where the company raises new funds from institutions then goes onto the market they simply have the shares available to trade on Naz. If this is the case then there will be no further shares in issue so no dilution to the existing shareholders, furthermore if there is demand from US investors(remember they have appointed Brusnwick as their financial PR agency) Then with a potential significant increase in demand and with no further supply the share price could and personally IMHO think will rise dramatically.

DYOH

Good luck as always

Well it was just a suggestion thrown out there on a £3 take over

But I would be surprised if a institution did not feel a good investment in at 60-70p out in 18 months at £3 ?

They invest to make money and they always leave a profit for the next investor !

Anyway let's hope BNN make a far better job of announcements this time round than last ....

Hi midas,

I have been in stock market not for long. So I have some naive question perhaps

You seem know how things / company would prograss. In your post 30 Nov '16 - 21:01 - 604 of 610
"We are incredibly lucky to be able to effectively be angel investors in a company of this nature before it comes to a real market. If you look at "the big IPO's yes they rise on the listing but the big bucks are made by the angel investors who have bought earlier, these investors, effectively in this case are ourselves! "

So if NASDQ listing success, does that mean BNN have a IPO event? does that mean BNN share issue would increase?

"... once the formal application of Naz has been accepted then as I repeat the sky literally is the limit."

Does Application be accepted is equal to be approved?

Many thanks in advance for enlighten.

It is time for news here. The provincial trials, SEC triage assessment, new directorships, US bank, new deals, early revenues etc.

NOMAD is sitting on news before the ramp. Get a move on before everyone goes on holiday.

Hi Bergsy,

Totally agree with your comments re £3. I feel that this price could be achieved within weeks/months once the formal application of Naz has been accepted then as I repeat the sky literally is the limit.

I for one and am sure the institutional shareholders have not taken the risk of backing effectively a well managed startup to double or treble our investment, I look to and believe with a good wind behind us could make many thousand percent increase on our investment in the medium term!

Again good luck all DYOR.

Genesis - interest from honk kong Care to explain?

And as for a buy out at around £ 3 which some people have speculated on this bb. I very much doubt the management would advise us shareholders to accept this!
There are a considerable amount of shares in management and institutional holders to hold and out and get a value they see as fair value for the company which I suspect and hope would be much much higher.

I can understand your expectations but why would a company wait for it to multi before launching a takeover.
It will not be down to the directors whether the company gets taken over but us the angel investors!!
my view is we could see this being taken out by one of the big boys for a quick entry into china.
The 12 provinces are highly populated and future year on year on growth will be huge.
of course we could see a bidding war.
hold them tight.
those that are selling think what the price would be now if you all held.
high £1.60 more likely be in the £2+

In for the long term.

I feel that even newmanontheblock's math is most conservative.

I believe that the sky is the limit if the management maximise the opportunities that they have most cleverly put together.

This isn't a normal company with a number of lucrative contracts - BNN have effectively developed an indirect partnership with the biggest country in the world not with just a product or service but with the sweet spot being mobile transaction fees.

Look at other companies without this partnership in this sectir and their valuations, I for one would rather back this company and its management who have done an incredible job to date putting this opportunity together rather than many of the other companies out there which are valued not in tens but in hundreds of billions.

The institutions that they have Brought into the company as shareholders....fidelity and alike would not usually take a position in a 'small aim stock' and IMHA they would not be involved at this stage of BNN's development unless they saw something unique both in the management and the business model.

As I said in earlier posts I have never seen a company with so much potential with such a low valuation in my years of investing.

We are incredibly lucky to be able to effectively be angel investors in a company of this nature before it comes to a real market. If you look at "the big IPO's yes they rise on the listing but the big bucks are made by the angel investors who have bought earlier, these investors, effectively in this case are ourselves!

Good luck to all
